Perfect organization, impeccable transfers, commercial bus tour. Jewelry factory of all ranges and free time at large - In the Bazaar, department stores offer discount vouchers but the prices are overpriced. Instead, go to small shops and chat. Usually I show them the Paradise Center 15% off voucher and laughing, I say "I'd rather come to your place." They are flattered and offer you a better price.

Not sure if it worth the time - I'd say if you have never been in Türkiye before like me, it might be worth the visit. There are some things to note: 1. Efficient check in in Greece but 20 min late departure, and time to travel took 1h20m 2. Long waiting in Türkiye passport control under the baking sun for 30-40 min 3. Marmaris is a nice small town but nut much to do or see in there except its market and castle.

Expensive ferry, everything is a tourist trap - The ferry is old, expensive and uncomfortable. Before getting on board you’ll have to queue to get your tickets, pay the port fee and go through passport control. Once you get to Marmaris you’ll do customs again. I previously read reviews and didn’t get on the bus once in Turkey because they’ll take you on a “guided tour” which is actually a hoers-long sales pitch. The city, docks and restaurants are in walking distance from the port so I recommend to walk instead. The only thing to see in town is the castle. Everyone else, from the restaurants to the bazar, is just money-hungry and will try to get as much money from visitors as possible. The whole place is a tourist trap.
