Tim out space - It was reasonable food and drinks not a lot of comfortable chairs available, advertised as having shower and toilet facilities however these are no longer available so should be taken off booking website blurb. However afforded some quiet time and space before flight boarding.

Renovations are affecting experience significantly . - Was expecting to use shower facilities, but these are not available while renovations are ongoing. Don’t think this was clear when purchased (stop over for 40 hr travel commute at airport). Food was ok. Personnel very helpful. Seating pleasant given the temporary nature of the setup.

Don’t - Don’t. No toilets, no shower. Just a temporary wall some canned drinks in paper cups and otherwise you are in the same terminal as everyone else. A rip off of $70!

Didn’t even go in - Disinterested staff, I’m rather happy to say, because while I was being ignored I could see that they were offering cold premade sandwiches and hard chairs. They keep promising their new location will open soon. Not soon enough.

Worst lounge I have been in - Bad food, bad staffs, NO hygiene! LOUD! No Wifi !!! - Their food has flies flying around and cockroaches on the counters - the management people are very rude to their staffs even out with other customers - dirty chairs probably has bugs in it!! - people come here only it's free from their credit card company, i would rather stay outside in the public place than here Super Disgusting!

Absolutely awful - Having travelled BA business class I can only describe this as a roped off cafeteria. It is not a lounge. No relaxing chairs no toilets in fact just cafe style tables and chairs. The area is open to anyone paying. Food terrible and drinks area compact. Just what are BA doing to business travellers. Little wonder why other airlines get better reviews. There are other lounges which BA could share but of course will not pay! You might as well sit in the public areas as they have better seating. Terrible experience but so typical of BA these days!!

Disgusting Lounge - Falsely advertised and a waste of money. Lounge was a temporary section of the main airport general area. No toilets or anything. Absolutely dreadful. Photos attached to Viator booking showed brand new lounge not opening til later in the year

False advertising - Not at all as advertised as it’s under renovation so no bathroom/shower facilities and literally an of the airport sectioned off. Staff were lovely though. Well and truly ridiculously overpriced for some basic food and slightly more comfortable chairs. Should be clear what is available and the price reflective of the limited services.

Dreadful experience - don’t waste your money - Dreadful lounge….just a sectioned off area in the main departures area. Poor limited food choice with stale sandwich selection. Plastic and paper cups with paper plates. No dietary considerations at all. Most decent drinks are at an extra cost. No toilets. Very busy. No uncarbonated soft drink option. Complete waste of money and if I could get a refund I would. Quite possibly the worst lounge experience I have had.
