Boarding instructions

Please arrive at your pick-up 15 minutes to ensure a prompt departure.
• Our Vancouver International Airport stop is at the Skylynx Kiosk at Vancouver International Airport Arrivals on Level 2.
• Our Whistler stop is located at the Whistler Gateway loop next to the Whistler Visitor Center or we have an additional stop at Creekside Village.

Attention:
The Skylynx Express Service utilizes a fleet of premium 11-passenger Mercedes sprinter vans and deluxe 24-passenger mini-bus coaches for maximum passenger comfort and travel flexibility, and unfortunately, it cannot accommodate bicycles due to limited space.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Wheelchair accessible: We will transport a wheelchair in the luggage bay free of charge and the guest will be reserved the front row seat. However the guest must be able to board the bus with assistance from the driver.

Excellent Service - Solo trip from vancouver airport to whistler and had a wonderful trip with Skylynx. Got picked up in a new and modern Mercedes Sprinter Van and was dropped off directly at my hotel at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Hotel. Talk about excellent service - highly recommend!

Smooth - Got picked up at the airport at 1:30 pm om the nose. Bus was clean and modern. The ride was smooth all the way up. Happy to use Skylynx again on my next trip to Whistler.

Excellent Experience - Easy check-in, smooth on-boarding and very communicative driver that kept all of us up to date on traffic, iconic sites and ETAs to final destination in Whistler. I was living at the Fairmont Chateau and the I got dropped off directly at my hotel which was very nice.

Just as Advertised - Took the Express bus to Whistler with a buddy of mine and it is just as advertised. Excellent service, drive and everything was as it should be. We were staying at the Fairmont Chateau Hotel in Whistler so we opted for the express bus as it took us directly to the front door of the hotel. Absolutely recommend this bus to all Whistler bound travelers!

Accommodating Customer Service - Arrived a little late to the airport due to flight issues and Henry at the kiosk was able to put me on a later bus quickly and free of charge. Excellent service!

Convenient - Wanted to go to Whistler for the first time during Canada Day and decided to go with Skylynx. I was living in the Sandman Hotel in richmond so decided to take the hotel shuttle to the airport to board the Skylynx bus there. Prices were great and I decided on the express bus to Whistler as it was more direct and didnt have any stops along the way. Skylynx is a very convenient and cost effective way to get to Whistler from the airport. I highly recommend this service.

Whistling to whistler - Comfortable but squeaky bus on way to whistler. It was kind of whistling 😜🤨Return to downtown was good and appreciated last minute flexibility as I had booked return to airport originally 😀

Over promises and under delivers - Wifi promised on their website but nothing accessible on the bus. Some of the absolutely rudest employees in the terminal clearly this guy hates his job, people, and this company. The driver was great! Do want to point that out.
