Great Tour! - Great trolly tour! Melissa did a great job telling us about what we were seeing and provided historical and cultural insights. The driver did a masterful job navigating around busy and sometimes tight city streets. The only downside was parking. I parked my motorcycle in the Public parking ramp. The rates weren't posted at the entrance and I was surprised at the $18 cost.

Learning about the great historical Richmond, Va. - The guide was great! He was very well informed about the history of Richmond. I recommend the trolley tour, if you want to get a lot of information in a short period of time.

Great tour of Richmond - Terrific tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and weaved history with a tour of the major neighborhoods in Richmond. Worth the time. Keep in mind their caution - the trolley seats are hard. If you're sensitive, bring something to sit on. Well worth the time and money.

Well Worth Your Time and Money! - This trolley tour is a great experience for a local like me and more so for visitors from other places. My friend visiting from out of state was amazed to learn how much of our nation's history occurred in Richmond. The trolley is comfortable (no bathroom though) and the tour guide did an excellent job educating the group and answering questions. The tour covers all the main historical areas of this beautiful city and I appreciate the attention paid to significant elements of black American historical figures and their lasting contributions to the economy and culture.

Great Experience but Hot - The tour guide and driver were absolutely incredible. Perhaps the best we’ve ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The trolly had a ceiling fan out and they couldn’t roll down the windows; therefore it was pretty hot,

Well worth it! - The guide was excellent and the driver was great at getting close to the sites. The only reason for not giving five stars is that the diesel engine was rather loud and prevented us from being able to hear the narrator sometimes. Suggest better speaker placement. No regrets on the price nor the decision to do this tour.

I'm sure it was great... - I'm sure it was a fabulous tour. However, I couldn't get there after Hurricane Helene. I tried to reschedule, then cancel, but the Viator website would not allow me to reschedule and then wanted to charge me the full amount to cancel. Buyer be ware
