- Bauska Castle - The Bauska Castle is situated on picturesque land between the Musa and Memele rivers within the Bauska town area. The Bauska Castle complex is divided into two sections: the older Livonian Order Castle, built in the mid-15th century, and the newer residence for the Duke of Courland, constructed at the end of the 16th century. During the Great Northern War, the Russian military blew up the Bauska Castle ensemble. Today, the Duke of Courland’s residence is fully restored and houses the Castle Museum, while only ruins remain of the Livonian Order’s seat.
- Rundale Palace Museum (Rundales Pils) - The Rundale Palace, located just 15 kilometers from the Lithuania-Latvia border, was built in the 18th century by Ernst Johann von Biron as the summer residence of the Duke of Courland. The palace was designed by Italian architect Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli, who also designed the Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg. Over time, the palace has had many owners and purposes, including serving as a hospital, elementary school, and grain storage facility. Today, after extensive and successful renovations, the Rundale Palace Museum and Garden attract many tourists and is rightfully called the “Versailles of Latvia.”

This small hill, with its collection of over 200,000 crosses, is the best repository of Lithuanian cross-making art and represents unshakable faith and resistance against occupation.

One way transport with opportunity to see the sites, what could be better?! - As a solo traveler, I really appreciated this one way tour from Riga to Vilnius. The driver was good and explained exactly what we would do, and exactly what time we needed to be at the van for every stop. Rundale Palace was amazing and we had time to get lunch there. Also the Hill of Crosses was really interesting. We were dropped off at the main square in Vilnius as expected.

Fantabulous way to cover 2 nations! - Fantabulous experience! Great way to cover important locations of 2 countries in a day without the trouble of going back to the same city. Anyone to cover most if the important locations in a day and save cost, this tour is the answer

Riga - Vilnius transfer - Hreat way to visit sites between Riga and Vilnius.

Great trip - Wow ! Hard to say pretty interesting itinerary. Love the Castle and the Palace. Pretty good value for money. Comfortable van for the trip and enough space to carry our luggage. Our driver / tour guide was really nice. We had enough time in between all the stops on the way to Vilenus.

Hill of crosses was my favourite! - Great idea to get a transfer from Riga to Vilnius and see things on the way. The entrance to the castle is not included but that is okay.
The hill of crosses is honestly a magical place! Would definitely recommend a stop there!

Well worth doing. - Particularly wanted to visit the Hill of Crosses and were not disappointed.
Visits to Bauska and Rundale Palace were a bonus.

Brilliant places to visit - beware of the tour guide! - This tour is a brilliant way to travel from Riga to Vilnius whilst seeing more of Lativa and Lithuania. All 3 of the stops were really interesting and worth a visit.
Our guide for the day, Andrew, was another story. All day he was aggressive, condecending and quite frankly rude. The atmosphere was uncomfortable all day and was run like a military operation. You were told where to sit, and were told he would open the boot only once to get out any stuff you needed. He was very strict on timings, accusing a girl of being late when she was on time. He clearly doesn't enjoy the job and did mention at one point how much he hated it. He offered no commentary on the route we were taking and I felt too uncomfortable to ask any questions. I was glad to arrive in Vilnius.
Andrew is the complete opposite to everyone else we met in Lithuania who were all very friendly and welcoming.

I need a refund due to non air conditioning car as promised. - The car did not have air conditioning as promised.
