Our Muay Thai private class lasts for 1 hour, incorporating stretching, warm-ups, pad drills, three rounds of training with a coach, and a cool-down phase. With 7 years of experience teaching individuals from all over the world, our trainers assure a rewarding experience irrespective of your familiarity with the sport. All you need is an open mind towards trying new things as we will provide all the necessary gear. Additionally, our gym is equipped with shower and toilet facilities.
