- Diving within 12 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

You will need to meet at the Black Eagle Beach in Rincón, Puerto Rico 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time. The best way to find your dive guide in the parking lot is to use Google Maps and type “black eagle beach”. You can always give our dive shop number a call if you have any questions!

Amazing experience! - My partner and I went scuba diving with Luke. Was such an amazing experience! Luke is very professional, very patient, and he made this experience easy and fun. I highly recommend to do scuba diving with this company!

Nothing short of exceptional! - This was our first time scuba diving for me and my kids and we couldn’t have been more happier with our experience. Our guide Luke was so helpful especially with my kids that we’re excited yet nervous. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a first time experience. We will definitely be back next year to do this again.

Absolutely perfect even if you are anxious and have no experience diving!! - Wow what a great time!! Luke and Matt were very knowledgeable and prompt. They had all the equipment and took extra time to help me when I was anxious in the water with all the gear on til I was ready to dive. If you have never SCUBA before, this is absolutely the perfect intro course to get to into it. Super easy, shallow dive (15-20 ft) and you are close to the shoreline and the coral to see a bunch of marine life!!

Puerto Rice Dive Experience! - I dove today with Luke with the 413 Divers. Luke was an excellent guide. The dive was so much fun. I am dive certified and this was my first dive outside of my dive certification classes. All in all I highly recommend 413 Divers for your Puerto Rice dive experience. Professional, fun and knowledgeable. Thanks Luke and 413 Divers.

Bad Experience - I arrived at the place, it is not labeled, a person is in a parking lot and there he receives you. Upon arrival, he tells you that the activity cannot be done due to bad weather and it did not look like bad weather. Well, I ask for a refund and he doesn't even know how to explain how they are going to do it to me.
