WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- NO BOAT IS REQUIRED to access the prime snorkeling spots. Your guide will lead you from the shore directly to the heart of the marine reserve.
- Arrive at the dive center at the time specified on your reservation for check-in.
- Meet your guide for professional equipment fitting and a briefing on the location and local marine life.
- Follow the guide in your own transportation to the tour entry point (approximately 5 minutes from the dive center).
- The tour lasts about 3 hours in total, including 1 hour in the water.
IDEAL FOR:
- Comfortable swimmers (beginner snorkelers are welcome)
- Fun for the whole family. For children under age 10, please contact the dive center for personalized booking assistance.
- If your group’s number of participants exceeds the available online booking quantity, please call the Dive Center.

Meet at Rincon Diving & Snorkeling, Rd 115, Km 12.0, in Rincon for check-in and professional equipment fitting. Thereafter, snorkelers self transport to the entry at Tres Palmas Marine Reserve (5 min drive). Sorry, insurance restrictions do not allow passengers to ride with guides.

Good coast based snorkeling. - We enjoyed the snorkeling and the instructions before hand showing what fish to expect to see and we did see a lot of what was listed. The drive to the snorkel spot was easy to get to and I liked that we didn’t need to take a boat. The actual snorkeling is only about an hour which was fine for us as I was getting cold in the water. I appreciated their flexibility also as we were able to rearrange our snorkel excursion to be a day later.

Go do it - I have been afraid of snorkeling. This was a wonderful experience and I would do again in a heart beat. Our guide Glen was supportive and I saw lots of fish coral and plants. AAA

Snorkling Fun - Clair was amazing. Gave great instructions and was engaged to ensure that our group was having a great time. We had a first time snorkel and she felt at ease in the water. I also loved that it was limited to a small group size. I would recommend this trip 100%.

Great snorkeling with fantastic guide - This was a great snorkeling trip! Everything about it was easy. The staff was communicative, instructions were clear, and protection of the reefs were priority. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We saw a nurse shark, a sea turtle, and so many beautiful fish. I highly recommend this company and tour.

Girls snorkel trip - The whole crew was helpful and engaging. Tiger, our guide, knew the reef very well and pointed out some beautiful fish and so many varieties of coral. Got some local advice on food and drinks. We had a great day!!

Thank you Laurel! - Took a trip out of Black Eagle Beach with Laurel and loved it! Got to see two sleeping nurse sharks, a baby sea turtle and several other schools of fish. Laurel was very helpful with pointing out where the sharks could be found and provided a ton of interesting information about the area and what we were seeing. I highly recommend snorkeling with this outfit, I'll be back out at some point to try diving next.

Bathroom must be updated - The view is stunning. We took pictures . But there was something that disappointed me, the bathroom. My mom needed to use it urgent. I was trying to find it and found it because of the odor . It was really nasty and in not good conditions. Does not reflect who we are . I saw a gentleman with a broom , map around. I don’t think he is doing a good job. Give that position to a woman. That toilet has to go out. Needs some updates fresh paint and keep it nice and clean

Short 1 hour trip, not an adventure. - This was billed as a 3 hour trip, but we only spent an hour in the water. I was disappointed because it was very different than what was advertised. There were also people in the water who could not swim.
