Wonderful. - I did my excursion through Royal Caribbean. The tour guide Kalia was amazing. She was very detailed and knowledgeable.

Bamboo beach club - I booked bamboo beach through celebrity cruises. They picked up us up with a shuttle from our port and took us to the private beach. We were greeted with unlimited shots and drinks. Amazing food and amazing drinks our tour guide TAMIKA was amazing she was one of the sweetest girls I have ever met. Please make sure to get a massage!! It was hands down the best massage I have ever recieved!!! Thank you bamboo beach club for an amazing experience

Serena Rocks!!! - Serena was an amazing tour guide. Fun friendly and we were all family when we left. Definitely can’t wait to come back and see her again. Bamboo Beach club food is fire. Worth every minute. Dunns River Falls is also amazing! Thank you Serena.

Chin is the best!!!! - Chin was amazing and made our wedding cruise excursion amazing! We had a blast and service was wonderful. The food and drinks were incredible, fresh, and delicious.

Honeymoon at the beach - Winston and Rachel were supporting us during our honeymoon trip on the beach. We had a good time. Food was great, portions were rather small but often served. Drinks colorful. Weather was average. Would recommend for any couple.

Disorganized and Disappointing Beach Excursion - My wife and I recently booked the Bamboo Beach Club excursion through Carnival Cruise Line, hoping for a relaxing day at a beautiful beach with food, drinks, and Jamaican hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the advertised promises. The excursion was advertised as a 4-hour experience, but we only spent about 2 hours on the beach due to a 40-minute drive each way. The bus driver’s careless driving made the trip feel unsafe. The description promised unlimited house drinks, but we were informed en route that each person would receive only 3 rum punches and 3 non-alcoholic drinks. My wife and I only received 2 rum punches each and weren’t offered non-alcoholic drinks at all. Additionally, a makeshift bar on the beach charged $6 for barely cold beers. Our host, while friendly, didn’t engage with us or the other guests beyond basic interactions. She interrupted us every 15 minutes or so, calling us out of the water to receive small portions of food or drinks. We couldn’t enjoy our time in the water or on the beach without being constantly pulled away. The food provided was mediocre at best, and the facility had no running water, raising concerns about cleanliness, especially with food and drink service. The beach was pretty but rocky, so bring water shoes. The host also called us out of the water for a staged marketing video, having us gather for a social media post and prompting us on what to say and do. This cut into our already limited beach time and felt tacky and intrusive. On the way back, we were taken on a “shopping excursion” that felt forced, as we were led to a jewelry and clothing store with items marked up by about 200%. This was not the authentic shopping experience we expected. Though the beach location itself was beautiful, our experience was disappointing. Between the limited drinks, frequent interruptions, lack of meaningful engagement, mediocre food, lack of amenities, and intrusive marketing and shopping stops, this was far from the relaxing experience we hoped for. We wouldn’t recommend this excursion for those seeking a peaceful day at the beach.
