A beautiful trek of Palmaria Island - We traveled through the town of La Spezia. Selected fruits, meats and cheeses at the open market for our lunch on the hike. Ferried to the island and pall gave us a private tour of the island. The challenge and pace was just right. The sights were phenomenal We had a blast. Ferry back was so relaxing

What A Day on Palmaria Island - What a day & to go to a place where you don't run into crowds. This trek was paced so well & the little break you get up above a cove was spectacular. The whole day was filled with incredible views. I would recommend it as well as the Cinque Terre trek if you have an extra day. You get a lot for your money. You see La Spezia, The Palmaria Island & Portovenere plus the ferry boat back along the coast to Cinque. 10 for 10 day

Gorgeous views, no crowds - This hike between Riomaggiore and Manarola was the highlight of my trip to Italy. Pall has extensive knowledge of the Cinque Terre and had many stories to share about these communities. Rather than the crowded, over-used trail between the two towns, he took me on a lush, scenic route where we didn't encounter other hikers for most of the trek. The ascent and descent was rather gradual and I didn't tire at all during the hike. The views of the hilltop towns, sea, and terraced vineyards were unforgettable.

Best way to see Cinque Terre - The Trekguyd, Pallo, met us the night before to give us some history and pointers. It also gave him a chance to plan the best route for our physical conditions making the hike challenging but perfect for us. Feel like received information you often don't get unless with a local. Also gave us great recommendations for other places to see. Highly, highly recommend a tour with Trekguyd!

Beautiful and breath taking - Pall is very good and shows u more than u would expect. You will walk away in amazement on how hard those people worked and what they went threw to farm there land. Definitely make us look lazy. Hard to explain u just need to do it
