Excellent - They picked us up at the airport with a sign. The wait was a little long but they were always attentive, I grabbed the line at immigration, I lost it without any problems.

Smooth, on time airport transfer - He arrived on time for the pickup, the car was clean and we were transported to our hotel without incident. We were picked up in a yellow taxi.

Excellent guided tour to Comuna 13 (bilingual guide) - We used their services for a guided tour to Comuna 13. Mario picked us up from our hotel and provided us with an excellent experience throught our tour—from the moment we left our hotel until we completed the comuna 13 tour. Few key points: 1. Mario (our guide) spoke very good English which was important for us as we do not speak much spanish, and we really wanted to understand the history behind Comuna 13. 2. He was very knowledgeable about the history and took a lot of interest in ensuring that we understand the political, economical, and social scenarios in the comuna. More importantly he made things interesting and really piqued our interest throughout. 3. Most important thing was that he never ever pushed, complelled, or asked that we buy something from the locals. This is often the problem with guided tours but not here. We had time to explore/experience things on our own and Mario would step in just enough to inform us about certain key things—this was perfect for us. I and my friends highly recommend their services!!

Comfortable - Milena arrived on time and gave clear instructions (in Spanish) on where to wait for her on the 2nd floor (arrivals). The car was clean and comfortable.

Be careful with these guys. - I recently had an unfortunate experience with Mario. Although I initially had high expectations for their services/products, I was disappointed to discover some questionable business practices. The prices seemed to be inflated and I felt like I was being taken advantage of as a customer. It is disheartening to see a business engage in what appears to be unjustified price gouging. I expected more transparency and fairness. It is crucial that companies prioritize ethical practices and maintain the trust of their customers.
