Special Markets - Our guide chose the perfect markets outside of Strasbourg to visit. I han't even heard of the little town/market we ended our day, and I'm quite sure it will be my favorite Xmas market of all visited while in Europe.

Fairytale villages - We were very pleased with our small group tour to Colmar and Riquewihr. We did walk a lot but the Christmas markets were charming. The tour left at 9am and returned at 4pm.

Great experience - I had a great time! We went to Riquewihr and Colmar. I LOVED Riquewihr. The town was so cute and they had one merchant selling “Peter’s best” Glühwein/Vin Chaud. It was incredible! Colmar was also super cute!

Must do. Colmar is fantastic, and Oberine was small, but very cute. Take the tour! - Had a great day visiting the Krindelmarkets in Colmar and Oberine. Funs stuff to look at, hot wine and apple cider, roasted chestnuts, and a great guide with Jerome. Would recommend taking the trip. The rain wasn’t too disruptive, and still had a great time.

Christmas Markets in Colmar and Riquewhir!!! - Visiting the Christmas markets in Alsace (Colmar & Riquewhir) was really spectacular. Everything went as planned. My only comment is that I expected a brief tour of the city of Colmar and Riquewhir before going to the markets.

Lovely towns, Christmas markets just ok - Miriam was a very pleasant tour guide. She gave us lots of great information as we traveled from place to place, and she was a safe driver. Colmar and Riquewihr were soooo crowded. And the Christmas markets in both area were just the same stuff sold everywhere. For a Christmas market tour, it would be better to go to places with more authentic Christmas markets. But, both towns were cute and we enjoyed just walking around in town and not going to the markets. We liked the fact that the tour was done during driving time and then we were just on our own in town. Others may not like that though so should pick their tour carefully if they want a tour guide with them at all times.

Not worth it - Our tour guide was fantastic. We first stopped at Colmar Christmas market, which was so fun. The market was bustling and the stores were picturesque. We had a limited amount of time here, so it was a challenge to see everything we wanted to see. Our second stop was highly disappointing. A majority of the shops were closed and the Christmas “market” was merely a handful of stalls. We were given several hours at this location and there was nothing to really see or do. This town was not listed on the tour description as somewhere we might stop. Our tour guide was sympathetic and apologized for the disappointment. The 2 other families on the same tour expressed the same opinions on the second stop. We would have rather spent all of the time in Colmar. Too much money spent for such little return.

What a waste of money - We wanted to visit for the first time a Christmas market. We thought a local that could guide us was a great idea. We started in Colmar and we were given 1.5 to visit. We felt rushed since we found it to be a place we could spend time. We were taken for 3 hours to another town that turned out to be a complete waste of time and was not listed on the tour description. We would’ve been better off renting a car. This tour wasn’t worth our money or time.
