At 09:30: TAJ MAHAL, our local host in Agra will greet you and hand you over to a tour guide who will show you the renowned tourist spot in Agra - the Taj Mahal, a 17th-century emblem of love constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in remembrance of his wife Mumtaz. At 12:00: AGRA FORT. You will then continue directly to Agra Fort, an impressive red sandstone structure situated on the banks of the Yamuna River.
Following a lunch break at 13:30 in a traditional Indian restaurant, there will be an opportunity to explore local artisan work like marble inlay, and witness a live demonstration of how this unique craft, only found in Agra, was used in the construction of the Taj Mahal.
