Best food ever and we cooked it ourselves!! - What an amazing experience! We arranged the class prior to our holiday all communication with Apple was answered quickly and we were able to choose what we each wanted to cook. I went with my husband & 12 year old daughter. We were picked up from our hotel & met Apple at the Fresh Market where she showed us many ingredients that we would have never have known. The venue is just at the edge of Khao Lak in a beautiful open air kitchen and we felt at ease straight away. We were with a dutch family and it was great as we all got to try each others dishes. Apple and her team were patient and answered all our questions. Plenty of cold drinks were also supplied. We have also received all the recipes by email so we can try the dishes at home. We have all said it was one of the highlights of a wonderful trip.

Fantastic Experience - Booked before we came to Thailand and everything arrange over messenger Apple picked us up from our hotel (JW Marriott Khao Lak) and we went to the local market to view the local produce. We then went to Riverside kitchen which was set in lovely grounds. The set up is really good and Apple and her team were at hand whenever we required them, we were shown how to chop, prepare and cook our selected choice. The experience is one of the best and highly recommended as the experience is both education and fun and the food we cooked was amazing. Once we finished Apple took us back to the hotel to drop us back. £35 each for the experience and this was money well spent.

Absolutely the BEST cooking class!!! - This cooking experience was amazing from the markets, picking the fresh ingredients for our chosen dishes to the preparation & finally the food was YUM!!! Apple was so beautiful & helpful. The kitchen was modern, clean & well equipped… I would definitely recommend this Thai cooking class… Thank you Apple 🍏🫶🏼

One of Our Favorite Experiences - This was so much fun. Apple is a fantastic chef and teacher. The group made and shared so much delicious food, and the recipes were shared after. You won't regret this activity.

That was beautiful all around - It was great, thank you very much, dear Apple. Everything was excellently prepared. Apple explained everything very precisely and in a way that was easy to understand. The dishes tasted delicious. Apple then let us try lots of local fruits that she also has in her own garden and then showed us in her garden. It was a great afternoon and we are really looking forward to cooking the dishes at home. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back to you when we come back to Khao Lak.

Great morning cooking class - thank you very much - We had a great morning cooking class with Apple and her team. Apple is a very good teacher. First we stopped at a local market. Apple explained everything, we could smell/taste the products we bought. Apple's kitchen is a place to feel good, it is very clean and the atmosphere is great because Apple and her team are friendly and relaxed. The food was very delicious. Everyone cooks his favorite dish and everyone can watch and hear the explanation. The best: in the end we eat all dishes together and you can taste every dish. We had a great morning cooking class with Apple. Apple is a very good teacher. First we visited a local market. Apple had explained everything and we were able to smell or try the products we purchased. The Apple kitchen is a place to feel good. It's very clean and the atmosphere is great because Apple and their team are friendly and relaxed. The food tasted really good. The cooking class was amazing and we learned a lot! We got a lot of tips on how to get the ingredients in Germany and what is important for Thai cooking! If you are in Khao Lak go for it! A goooood experience - Most memeorable was Apple herself. A lot of energy in one small person! She was really serious about cooking, not serious like boring but serious like she wanted us to make the food in the right way. Going to the market for ingredients was a really informativ experience. We might take a class again to learn even more.

Thai cooking class at its finest - We were lucky and were able to book a morning cooking class with Apple at short notice. We were picked up from the hotel on time and drove to the market. There we met all the participants and Apple. Apple is a really lovely, lively and very competent person. Apple explained all kinds of vegetables, herbs, spices, etc. to us and bought the necessary groceries for our class. Afterwards we all drove to her house where the class took place. A fairly new, modern building. The class room is open on 3 sides and is beautifully and functionally furnished. Apple explained to each participant exactly what they had to do. Every participant had chosen their favorite dish when registering. Apple's instructions were perfect and very professional. At the end we had 8 perfectly prepared dishes and we all ate together. I can only warmly recommend the class.
