- Domaine Boudau - After your reception at the estate, you will leave for a getaway in the vineyard where you will discover the specificity of the Rivesaltes terroir as well as the farming methods in Organic Farming. This is where it all begins: you will understand the impact of this terroir, the climate and the grape varieties. Always accompanied by your guide, head to the wine cellar. You will discover the key stages of winemaking and work in the cellar. You will observe the influence of aging on different cuvées, in stainless steel vats or in barrels, there is always a reason!
Finally, end your visit to the cellar with an introduction to wine tasting. You will learn the different stages of tasting and you will be able to begin to put words, feelings on the wines you will taste. After this morning, the wines of Rivesaltes will have no more secrets for you!

Great way to spend a morning in Perpignan - Must do while in Perpignan.
Contacted Nicolas directly and he had space the following morning.
Unfortunately a party of 5 cried off last minute .
Great to be picked up in the town . Easy to find and air conditioned mini bus is nice and new .
This meant we had a Private tour by Proxy!!
We visited the old Winery , vineyards and the new winery .
It was very informative, beautiful scenery and great wine .
Started with the vineyards and a glass of wine on the plot . Back to the new property and a tour and finished with a sweet wine .
Back to the old winery for more wine tasting across the range .
7 tastings later . Back to Perpignan before the day was too hot.

Superb getaway combining wine and landscape - Nice family getaway with Nicolas who shared his love for wine and made us discover hidden treasures of Roussillon. Nice surprise in the middle of the guitar. Pleasure full of eyes and taste buds. Do not hesitate to contact Nicolas to customize the event (gift voucher for birthday...).

The tasting… - In the morning, under a magnificent sun, vines as far as the eye can see, the slightly snowy Canigou here we are in a postcard... The history of the vine, of the winegrowers, of the Catalan country its grape varieties, its cellars and its cellars a change of scenery

Rich and unforgettable morning in Rivesaltes - Spent a great morning with a tour and wine tasting in Rivesaltes. Nicolas took us out to the vines high up with a view over the countryside. Got an introduction to history and terroir. Then a tour of the brewery with an understandable explanation of the brewing process. Finally, we got to taste selected wines. Highly recommended! His presentation was educational and outstanding. For me, who knew little about wine in the first place, this was a thorough and nice introduction.

Highly recommend this tour - Really excellent day, tasting different wines in different wineries. Private tour of 3 with a very knowledgeable and helpful guide. Finished by lunch in a recommended restaurant that included tasting more wines. Very good value overall and great opportunity to see more of the countryside in luxury.

To the good your!!! - A very nice morning with an unstickable guide on local wines (see even for that matter). Nicolas will certainly be able to answer all your questions about wine: culture, soils, grape varieties, winemaking and above all... because this is what we expect... make you discover winegrowers and taste;o)
