• Peanut Island - Embark on a 90-minute paddle boarding journey to Peanut Island with a South Florida native and expert naturalist. Departing from our meeting point, participants will paddle to Peanut Island, keeping an eye out for spotted eagle rays, manatees, sea turtles, and vibrant sea stars along the way. Upon arrival, explore a natural mangrove trail, a man-made snorkeling lagoon, or the island’s east side.

The journey to Peanut Island involves crossing a boat channel and may require paddling against currents or wind, especially on breezy days. Rest assured, the experienced guide will be available to assist if necessary. During the winter months, watch for manatees seeking the area’s warmer waters. At high tide, Peanut Island boasts some of South Florida’s most stunning crystal-clear, aquamarine waters.

The age requirement to paddle independently is 13.
