Amazing experience - Uriel and Joel were amazing ! They helped us have such a great experience! We would definitely come back, they were great!

Guides were amazing - What a great excursion. Started off with the ATV in a really rugged trail. Then rappelled into a cenote and went through an aerial park. Finished off by zip lining into the cenote amd swam through the cave. Appropriate for all skill level. The guides were amazing and took the time to explain everything really well. Diana was our main guide and she was amazing. We also had Jay Jay and Abel who were great and made sure everyone was comfortable.

Amazing - Amazing adventure so much fun! Loved the atv. Diana and Danny made our trip unforgettable! We hope to come back again...

Outdoor experience - Cancun adventures did a great job hiring the good Uriel, he shared many interesting facts about the place. Abel helped us feel safe at all times during the rappelling activities. Motorcycles are so much fun!

Patience walking - Venturing to do things I was afraid of, it was a great help to have had the super professional and dynamic support of Uriel, also in the company of Abel, Uriel was always very kind and patient with my slowness haha Thank you very much Uriel! 100% recommended the adventure with them

Amazing Adventure July 2021 - Sorry for the late post. I was cleaning and found the card and remembered I promised to write a review. Neto and Ernesto: they were amazing. They made certain I felt conquered my fear and experienced the cenote. He accommodated my photo ops and was an amazing guide. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Great Adventure! - This experience was very fun! Many adventurous activities! Philippe and Nacho were great guides! They were a great help explaining things and keeping us safe!

Good experience, but be prepared to pay lots of money for the pictures - Everything was amazing the staff nacho abel diana uriel joel rodrigo jesus reyes and angel were great. But the only thing is we went on 2 adventures with them were you cant take pictures yourself, they will try to sell you the picture at a very high rate. They should provide better packages not just 1 or 2. Let us choose the number of pictures rather than taking the whole thing at the price they put.

Horrible. Not for children. - This was advertised as 12 and up. It is not. Families please be advised they will take your money and refuse service. That’s what happened to me. My only “option” was to allow my 15 year old daughter ride on the back of an ATV with their male tour guide - a complete stranger. When I voiced my concern, I was doomed to like I was a dumb child (I’m a 47 year old woman and lawyer). When I said I needed a refund, they refused. When I asked to get my bag and purse out of the locker, they refused. When I asked for a ride back to my hotel, they said it would “take a few hours” … there were 7 all male employees standing around doing nothing. It was not until I walked off and told them I was going to find the police that they returned my property and agreed to drive me back to my hotel. My daughters were horrified and traumatized and scared. There was no cell phone reception where we were. And the bullying snd threats were disgusting. If you have children younger than 18– skip this tour. I still have not received a refund.
