Excellent - Spectacular scenery. Nice driver. Just wish we had set off earlier so we could have had longer at the destination. We didn't stop at the bat cave - no reason was offered. Dinner looked v unappetising so pleased we booked package without that. Excellent value

Seeing the vastness of... - Seeing the vastness of the canyon, the wonders of Saudi Arabia. The journey was long but very safe. Trails are very bumpy.

Edge of the World - Amazing hosting by the team! After a disruptive start due to a random person impersonating them they dealt with it so well and efficiently to make sure we reached safely. After we reached they took such good care of us everything was perfect. Forgive me for the incorrect name but our driver Sahaab was so hospitable as was the whole team! 10/10

Our driver was perfect - I participated in the tour on June 20th as a Japanese tourist. The Edge of the World was simply breathtaking! I highly recommend visiting this place if you ever come to Riyadh. The path leading to the destination is quite rugged, and it would be impossible to reach without a driver who is well-versed in the local terrain. Our driver was perfect, and we had an enjoyable conversation as well. I highly recommend this tour.

We had the most amazing... - We had the most amazing tour guide! I forget his name, but it started with an M (it wasn't Mohammed). He made the trip very comfortable and fun as we got to have a full immersion experience. He explained about the location along the way, and we got to enjoy some good music. The location itself was absolutely stunning and we had plenty of time to stay up there and enjoy. They also had great additions to the Edge of the World area. I would highly recommend to others, especially since the price is also really good!

Great from beginning to end - Fantastic guides. They were patient and helpful throughout the journey. Everything from the old village to the cave to the edge of the world was great. Only one thing, in the old village there were several dead goats that had been there a long time. That was a bit uncomfortable to see so if there was someone consistently going in to clean the area that would have been nice

Danger scam - I booked this excursion on booking on August 18, paying on the same date 203.48 euros for my family of 4. The excursion was scheduled for August 22 at 3.30 pm. I received booking confirmation from booking with directions on where to present us, Carrefour, Irqah Governorate St, 'Irqah, Riyadh, 12543, time, 15 min before and telephone contacts of the supplier. Well on August 22, although we had arrived at the agreed place at 3.05 pm, so well in advance, no one showed up and we waited on the spot at a torrid temperature of 45 degrees. After numerous phone calls the supplier first asked us to wait for them to pick us up, then on subsequent phone calls he said he had not received the booking in time so he assured us that we would be refunded, which he also did in writing. To date I have not received any refund and we have not made the excursion. Booking says he needs to check with Viator. But to date nothing.

An Absolute Disaster of an Experience—Avoid at All Costs! - This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and it was nothing short of a complete disaster! We booked a 2:30 PM activity, arrived 15 minutes early at the meeting point, and waited patiently. When the time came, there was no vehicle in sight. The tour guide kept telling us to wait, while prioritizing and sending off other groups of white travelers. We, along with two other Chinese travelers, were left waiting indefinitely. Each time we asked when the vehicle would arrive, they either ignored us or asked if we wanted to cancel the trip! We waited forever. At some point, we called the contact number listed on Viator, only to be told that we were late and that the vehicle had already left! Unbelievable! We had been there since 2:15 PM, waiting as instructed by the guide, and now they were blaming us for being late? Then, the guide mysteriously disappeared, leaving us under the scorching sun for over an hour. It wasn’t until 3:30 PM—an hour later—that they finally arrived. After an hour of frustrating waiting, we finally got on the vehicle and departed for Edge of the World at 3:30 PM. Everyone knows the drive from Riyadh takes more than an hour. By the time we arrived, it was 5 PM, and there was less than an hour before sunset. We had to rush through the site, snapping a few pictures before it got dark. To make matters worse, when we contacted Viator for a partial refund due to the supplier’s horrible time management and the extremely poor experience, Viator shockingly sided with the supplier! They claimed that since the supplier had informed us of the 3:30 PM departure and that we could cancel if we wanted to, a refund wasn’t warranted. I was beyond shocked. Viator, as a platform, actually supported this ridiculous excuse? They seriously believe that it’s reasonable to arbitrarily change departure times and offer a next-day option when it was never part of our plan? We had booked a 2:30 PM tour—why was the vehicle not ready on time? Why were we forced to wait until 3:30 PM, only to have our experience rushed and cut short? And why were we constantly told to just cancel if we weren’t happy? Is that how a qualified supplier handles issues? I’m truly stunned. Is this how all Viator activities operate? Can suppliers just ignore the scheduled times, make customers wait indefinitely, or pressure them into canceling? If Viator thinks this is acceptable, then neither I nor my friends will ever be using Viator again.
