Great!!! - It was beautiful, pretty long for the price, which was very good. Visit the crater, the sulphur waters and the public to eat, I would repeat, no doubt.

Amazing. - Highly Recommendation to do it! We visited, the island of Nea kameni, thirasia with the village manolas, and it takes you far and wide along the entire inland coast of Santorini island. We also saw some gems, like the church of the 7 children in a hidden cove and the palea kameni bath.

Beautiful and very informative - The boat ride around area and the hot springs they had the music turned up and people were singing and dancing just having a good time

Volcano adventure. - The thermal spring was not what I imagined it would be. Overall it was a good experience. Great views from challenging climbs.

Great experience overall - Our tour guide was very good. Might not have booked again just because the hot springs weren’t really hot just lukewarm which was disappointing but that’s no one fault but nature! it was an interesting experience overall! My parents had a great time

Might be better to go to volcano and then oia - The tour was a bit crowded but the hike up the volcano was cool. The hot springs was a really short time by the time everyone got in the water it was time to go. The hot springs weren’t hot or really luke warm.

The hot springs visit is great if you are a great swimmer - Nothing memorable as such. The only thing I can mention that it was a waste of time. The volcano is dormant and lunch had to be provided by the company. Our boat was always anchored in such a position always that we had to get out from another boat. Too many people and not enjoyable.

Terrible Experience - Booked a tour via Viator and as you can see according to the attachment they were suppose to pick us up at our hotel. We were there from 9:20 to 9:45 (the pickup time was 9:30am) and they never showed up. When I called them at 9:45 the receptionist said they sent us a notification that the pickup location had been changed which was a complete lie. I asked them for a full refund and she said since we booked it thru Viator we need to call them. I called Viator and explained to them what happened and they said they will contact the tour operator and issue a refund. A few hours later I received a email from Viator and they said in contacting the tour operator, the operator told them that they had informed us of the change of location ( once again this was a complete lie ) I called Viator again and asked them if the tour operator gave any proof of notification and they said no they did not. Once I sent my proof, Viator gave me a full refund. So you see not only did they waste a very precious resource when someone is on vacation (Time) by not showing up for pick up, they were trying not yo refund my money and between all the phone calls for this during my vacation I made, they wasted another couple of hours of my time. This tour operator should be ashamed of themselves for throwing my 1 full day in complete chaos out of 3 that I was going to enjoy in Santorini. This company should not be allowed to run a tour operation and wasting everyone’s time. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. DO NOT book a tour with this operator. I will be contacting Viator separately to remove them from their preferred vendors list for giving such a horrible experience.

Transfer service inefficient and do not communicate to contractors the service details efficiently - In the contracted service the company offers transfer service, looking for the participants of the tour in the hotel and taking back, which would provide more comfort and safety. I indicated which hotel was in Santorini and they didn't come for me! I paid 20 euros more per person for it and they didn't! They said that even I having indicated the hotel, I should have gone to a specific point in another hotel for the transfer to be carried out, but they did not warn me of anything! Besides everything, the transfer time was for 08:45h at my hotel and they said that I should have gone at 08:30h in a completely different place... after that they simply asked me to take a taxi and go to the starting place of the tour or contact the website that I contracted the service, because they would not refund me anything... lack of respect to the visitors who are paying!!!
