It was awesome - The experience on the water body and the long walk on the volcanic mountain let me call it that was interesting, seeing what an active volcanic mountain looks like was fun.

Great!!! - It was beautiful, pretty long for the price, which was very good. Visit the crater, the sulphur waters and the public to eat, I would repeat, no doubt.

Amazing. - Highly Recommendation to do it! We visited, the island of Nea kameni, thirasia with the village manolas, and it takes you far and wide along the entire inland coast of Santorini island. We also saw some gems, like the church of the 7 children in a hidden cove and the palea kameni bath.

Beautiful and very informative - The boat ride around area and the hot springs they had the music turned up and people were singing and dancing just having a good time

Cute. - Too many people on site. So much so that they mess up the atmosphere and damage the beauty of the place. To take a good picture you practically have to take turns.

Santorini stay - We stayed in Perissa in the South of the Island, in a bed and breakfast a basic room with bed, shower fridge and tv, hair dryer for the ladies. Our place was called Sandy's infinity. The pool was very nice. That's the up points. Now for the points that weren't so good. The proprietor is a chancery, if people are thinking of staying there, please take plenty change of euros with you, if having a day at the pool. it began when we arrived, the tourist tax was paid, then it was €6 for 6 bottles of water (optional) but as we arrived late at night we handed over €10, She said she would owe us €4, but we decided later to tell her to give the €4 to the wee man who delivered our water, an afterthought that wee man would never have seen it. The same night after we got our cases in the room, we decided to have a drink at the bar, again she said she had no change.We decided then and there that we would buy the necessary stuff elsewhere. After speaking to others, we found out that everyone had the same story. An enjoyable holiday but I would advise holiday makers to avoid Sandy's

Volcano adventure. - The thermal spring was not what I imagined it would be. Overall it was a good experience. Great views from challenging climbs.

Great experience overall - Our tour guide was very good. Might not have booked again just because the hot springs weren’t really hot just lukewarm which was disappointing but that’s no one fault but nature! it was an interesting experience overall! My parents had a great time

Terrible Experience - Booked a tour via Viator and as you can see according to the attachment they were suppose to pick us up at our hotel. We were there from 9:20 to 9:45 (the pickup time was 9:30am) and they never showed up. When I called them at 9:45 the receptionist said they sent us a notification that the pickup location had been changed which was a complete lie. I asked them for a full refund and she said since we booked it thru Viator we need to call them. I called Viator and explained to them what happened and they said they will contact the tour operator and issue a refund. A few hours later I received a email from Viator and they said in contacting the tour operator, the operator told them that they had informed us of the change of location ( once again this was a complete lie ) I called Viator again and asked them if the tour operator gave any proof of notification and they said no they did not. Once I sent my proof, Viator gave me a full refund. So you see not only did they waste a very precious resource when someone is on vacation (Time) by not showing up for pick up, they were trying not yo refund my money and between all the phone calls for this during my vacation I made, they wasted another couple of hours of my time. This tour operator should be ashamed of themselves for throwing my 1 full day in complete chaos out of 3 that I was going to enjoy in Santorini. This company should not be allowed to run a tour operation and wasting everyone’s time. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. DO NOT book a tour with this operator. I will be contacting Viator separately to remove them from their preferred vendors list for giving such a horrible experience.
