So much fun - I have never been on an an Atv before but this trip was so much fun. From 9am till noon was awesome but then it rained after that and we were soaked. We did stop for lunch at a BBQ place and it was delicious. Next time I'd like to see the waterfalls and volcano. Fun trip.

Beautiful!! - This was awesome!!!! My boyfriend and I had an adventurous time seeing the sights and the ATV’s were perfect. Seeing the villages and views was mind blowing.

Once in a lifetime experience! - We had a fabulous trip with Bandit. Our UTV to the jungle and waterfall was exciting. The young men that took us were great from the trails to the jumping into the waterfall. They checked on us to make sure we got plenty of pictures. Definitely worth every penny, and would do again. Best experience ever

Not the best - The good - riding in the ATVs was fun and exciting and we were out in the terrain for about 5 hours. The waterfall area was beautiful. Great views and photo opps.
The bad - the guides seemed like young guys who had never really led a tour before. They were nice but didn’t speak much English, didn’t give any safety briefing (we signed a waiver and were given helmets and goggles) or even show us how to use the vehicle. They never told us their names. They never told us how long we would be out for or where exactly we were going. At one point the guides picked up a few of their friends to join the ride which we thought was unusual and unprofessional.
One of the ATVs kept breaking down so we kept having to stop every few minutes while they fixed the engine. About half way through the tour it poured with rain (obviously not their fault) but it made the experience much more unpleasant.
I’d say all in all, I don’t regret the experience as there were definitely fun parts of the tour but I would not choose this company again.

Terrible drivers - The driver is a horrible driver my experience with him was been the worst, he never greeted us and never introduced himself to us. Be also never told us where we were going or how long.
On the way , he was falling asleep and he was smacking himself to stay awake, he was driving to fast in a thunderstorm his visibility is also bad because he had his windshield tinted
don’t feel safe , especially after what just happened … he didn’t see the pot hole and was going to fast my sister and I both hit our heads on the top on the car his reckless driving is dangerous. The car swerved and thank god no other car was coming we could have flipped over.
almost lost my life because your driver is reckless.

Irresponsible Ownership - While the views of the city were beautiful from the ATV, the owner of this company clearly has a blatant disregard for guest safety. Multiple vehicles on our trip had significant issues, and the staff seem ill equipped or trained to handle the situation, leading to some very dangerous circumstances— even in an ideal situation with great weather.
For one, they had told us there would be one staff member for every car. But for ours, there simply was not. At one point we got to an extremely steep cliff, and it honestly seemed like the first time any of the staff had tried to get up it, despite it being the regular route. I was honestly scared for my life as I watched the cars nearly flip over trying (and failing multiple times) to get up the cliff. The car in front of us got stuck in the mud for a significant amount of time while multiple staff scrambled to try to fix the situation, something I think that experienced drivers would know how to prevent.
The owner clearly does not care about the lives of their guests, neglecting to properly maintain the ATVs. As a person who is not necessarily a car person, it was blatantly obvious that nearly all, if not all, of the cars had misaligned tires and multiple of my family members/other guests had complaints about the steering wheels or the breaks. These issues should ABSOLUTELY be resolved before sending inexperienced drivers on an intense journey.
Our ATV, despite promises, did not have a guide with us for 90% of the journey. At a point, the entire group went in front of us, and I knew that had we gotten into an accident (which was much more likely due to the unsafe vehicle) there would be no way of contacting help. We legitimately would have been left to die.
Eventually, the axel completely broke on one of the cars, and the passengers had to split up into the other vehicles. Another car stopped about every 10 minutes due to issues and had to be restarted. Even the motorcycle guiding the tour got a dramatic flat tire. Why are the cars so poorly maintained?? The answer was obviously greed and neglect on behalf of the owner.
The most shocking part— after we had come back, and firsthand witnessed all of the cars having major issues, a new group arrived. Without ANY warning or caution, the staff sat idly by while another group began to drive the clearly unsafe cars. If you value your own life or the safety of your fellow travellers, I would strongly advise steering clear of this business.
And a personal message to the owner: human life is always more important than money, and I don’t understand how you can sleep at night with a business like this.

Doesn't honor reservations - After making reservation 3 weeks in advance, securing with credit card, and recieving multiple confirmations as well as tickets, when we show up are told our rervation canceled and nothing they can do
I literally reminder on our reservation early that morning.
End result, a wasted day on vacation because of incompetance of this business. Thier name is very appropriate

It was a inconsiderate to not communicate with us that it was canceled prior to us waiting to be picked up. - Alfredo messaged me on What’s App to confirm my pick up the day before. I confirmed, and he followed with a text asking me to reschedule due to the weather for the following day. The next day, we arrived at the pickup point at 8am, which we agreed to. I messaged them at 7:55 that I was waiting out front. At 8:15am, they responded back that the weather was bad again, and they “can’t do it”, and he would contact the office to proceed with a refund. I spoke with local drivers that were out front who helped us with trying to call Bandits through the WhatsApp App on their personal phones, but had no success. They helped us find another tour and provide transportation, and he stated that the weather was good for the tour and it’s likely that, after he called around and got info when helping us to reschedule, that they were overbooked for tours. Viator makes me choose a date that I went, but this trip never took place. It was extremely inconsiderate to not contact us prior to canceling. We had to send multiple texts to receive a response.
