Most fun you'll have in Panama!!! - Bandits exceeded my expectations 10 fold!!! I highly recommend! For less than $400 for 2 people, there is no other place you can have this much nonstop fun! The guides are great, the restaurant we went to was excellent as well. The UTVs werr in tip top shape and if something broke along the way, the guides had the tools to fix it. If I did this again, I would bring 2 sets of clothes, wipes, your playlist, towels, and a rain jacket. We got caught in an afternoon storm and it was a little cold on the ride back. Overall, the best UTV experience I have ever had because I didn't have to worry about cleaning my ride when I got done. Plus seeing the countryside of Panama from this perspective is hands down the best way to experience Panama!!!

THE most AMAZING adventure! - This is (so far) the BEST atv tour I’ve ever been on. The drive through the jungle and mountains was amazing (about 90mins). The drive through Anton was scenic! Visit of the river was beautiful and refreshing. Be prepared for lots of adventure and fun!

Satisfactory - Overall the tour was satisfactory. This was due not getting to see the waterfall and swimming as advertised. There was a lack of plan ‘B’ due to the heavy rain. Maybe offering poncho’s to the guests would go a long way as in the mountains it can be 10-15 degrees cooler and with rain even colder. The staff was great and some were bilingual which helped ! The tour was suppose to take 4hrs which it actually took 61/2 so don’t plan anything in the afternoon as it started an hour late as well! Again the staff were great and the owner was also very informative. Unfortunately the trip did not go as advertised

Be Aware - I feel compelled to share my recent experience with an ATV tour booked through Viator, which raised significant safety and hygiene concerns. Safety and Hygiene Issues: • Unsanitary Equipment: Upon arrival, we were provided helmets and goggles without liners. Having previously dealt with lice, I requested liners, but the owner informed us he was out of liners. When I asked for disinfectant spray, he claimed they were out of that as well but insisted the helmets were cleaned with alcohol. However, we observed helmets being handed directly to the next group without any cleaning. • Vehicle Conditions: • All ATVs had misaligned tires. • Brakes were malfunctioning. • Each vehicle had mechanical issues: one emitted a strange noise, another stopped unexpectedly, one had a flat tire, and another had a broken axle. • Guides’ Conduct: • The guides did not speak any English, making communication difficult. • They led the group without monitoring the riders behind them, neglecting our safety. Tour Experience: We had to make at least ten stops, each lasting 10-30 minutes, for repairs, and one vehicle had to be towed. It was a very hot day, and it became evident that the owner’s priority was profit over safety. He even allowed a family with 4 and 6 year-old children to ride with these conditions. What was supposed to be a 4-hour experience, ended up taking 7 hours. We returned at 7 PM, incurring extra hotel costs for an additional night since we were checking out our hotel that day. To our shock, upon returning with so many issues with the vehicles, the owner gave the same ATVs to the next group without even bothering to check or service them. This experience highlighted a blatant disregard for customer safety, hygiene, and time. I strongly advise potential customers to consider these factors when choosing an ATV tour provider.
