Fun in the sea - We had a great time snorkeling with the group. We enjoyed the ship wreck, starfish. And the big blue hole. We were able to enjoy watermelon and homemade banana bread too. Great experience.

Great time snorkeling!! - We planned this excursion from our Enchanted Princess cruise. We were picked up by Souza. She was great! Spoke excellent English and brought us to the snorkel boat. The coral was exceptional. Really enjoyed the trip. Our niece and nephews loved jumping off the boat.

Private tour vibes - Small tour sizes , guide picks you up in vehicle (suv) right outside the port, spends the whole day with you, takes you to the snorkeling spot, restaurants , chocolate factory, and AJ's. Snorkeling was exceptional , the whole day had a small private tour feel, would recommend.

A great snorkeling adventure - This was a very enjoyable experience. The water was refreshing and the sea life we saw beautiful, especially the purple sea fans and huge red starfish. The crew we had were very helpful keeping us corralled! It’s a perfect amount of time spent snorkeling around! And the homemade banana bread they gave us to snack on was delicious! It’s a bit of a drive from the port to this location but well worth the drive!

First Cruise Trip. No Reason to Worry - My family truly enjoyed this excursion. Our guide was easy to find; the vendors right outside the Coxen Hole port quickly pointed to him when I stated I reserved with Five Stars. Plus he was wearing a Roatan Five Stars shirt and had my name in advance. For safety, always have your excursion guide cite your name or reservation number before you volunteer it. Like many ports, the immediate area past the port gates isn't overly commercialized. It may seem sketchy if you aren't familiar with traveling outside the states. I never felt unsafe, the people came across as warm and just genuinely wanted to conduct their business. After a short walk through Coxen Hole, our driver had us on our way. Traffic was congested, though we made it to the dock after about 25 minutes. The excursion itself was fantastic. On our boat were swimmers with varying levels of skill and experience. The deck hands were attentive to those needing more assistance and never harassed the stronger experienced swimmers. There were deck hands in the water and on the boat giving assistance and instructions to those needing it. The boat Captain changed the order on the 3 stops, we went to all 3, just in a different order to avoid a different excursion from a different outfitter. That way, we had plenty of space to explore. The crew worked hard to maximize our snorkeling experience. Water, juice, fruit and banana bread were offered to all. The Captain allowed us to jump off the top deck of the boat as well. This was my family's first cruise. I was skeptical about booking excursions outside the cruise line. The whole fear of missing the ship loomed large. We brought our passports just in case. Our worries were unfounded. Despite heavy traffic near Coxen Hole, our driver had us back in the port 2.5 hours before last boarding. It gave us plenty of time to eat, have some drinks, and do a little shopping. The Coxen Hole port area in Roatan was our favorite on our trip. The vendors are less pushy, but still were very attentive. The port looks like it has been updated recently with a swim-up bar, hammocks in a pool and good places to just relax without any pushy vendors. I highly recommend Roatan Five Stars. When we return to Roatan in the future, they will be the first outfitter with which I will look to book an excursion.

5 stars! - We had a fantastic time on this excursion! Holding a sloth was a favorite of everyone! Then the snorkeling was absolutely amazing! The driver and snorkeling guides were very nice, friendly and accommodating. They even gave us snacks and drinks on the boat! All 6 of us would do this tour again!

Best Day in Roatan! - This was an amazing excursion. Pick up and drop off were seamless and the 3 stops were amazing! At the first stop we were able to hold starfish, then move on to the Blue Channel where we saw more starfish and fish. Lastly, the shipwreck was the best! We were guided around the wreck where we saw coral, fish, and even a small shark. One of the best excursions!

Amazing Starfish - Roatan island Honduras is a lovely place. You have to walk out of the port to find the tour but it is not far just a chaotic process. Snorkeling was nice. The boat was a bit old and they did not make everyone wear life jackets. After we departed it became clear that there were enough life jackets on the boat. The guide who picked us up and drove us 5 miles across the island to the north side was great. She made some stops at shops and a restaurant for us. Be warned that the restaurant tried to up charge 15% if you used a credit card. Snorkeling was great and the huge starfish made it worth it! There were three snorkeling stops. Be sure to bring reef safe sunscreen.

Rude photographer - Tour guide was great and the snorkeling was decent. We enjoyed our experience for most part until close to the end. Big issue for us was how rude the photographer was. There was 3 of them but the male yelled at our 7 year old and did not apologize. It really ruined our experience and would not go back. Also you have to pay for your alcohol at the same prices as the port. They only had enough change for 20 dollars so they could not sell alcohol unless you had specific amount, it was just very poorly put together and not professional. The guide and lifeguards were great. Would not recommend.
