Cooking Class including lunch with Rosa: Our lovely Italian neighbor will show you a few of the regional Abruzzi dishes. She usually does an antipasto, a first and a second plate and a dessert.
She really can do just about anything and a lot of it depends on our guest preferences and allergies. She has vegetarian dishes too. Remember she is not a full chef, she is a local who happens to be an amazing cook.

Engage in an original Italian cooking class in Abruzzo Lands, a medieval village just thirty minutes away from Rome, with Rosa. She will introduce you to the traditional dishes of Abruzzo region. Discover secrets of Italian cuisine and prepare an array of appetizers, main courses, a second course, desserts, and so on, along with some regional wines. Please note that Rosa is not a professional chef but a local who is an exceptional cook.
