Cooking Class including lunch with Rosa: Our lovely Italian neighbor will show you a few of the regional Abruzzi dishes. She usually does an antipasto, a first and a second plate and a dessert.
She really can do just about anything and a lot of it depends on our guest preferences and allergies. She has vegetarian dishes too. Remember she is not a full chef, she is a local who happens to be an amazing cook.

Cook alongside Rosa as she guides you through some of the local Abruzzi cuisine. Be mindful, though, that Rosa is not a professional chef but a local with exceptional culinary talents.
