  Cooking Class including lunch with Rosa: Our lovely Italian neighbor will show you a few of the regional Abruzzi dishes. She usually does an antipasto, a first and a second plate and a dessert.
  She really can do just about anything and a lot of it depends on our guest preferences and allergies. She has vegetarian dishes too. Remember she is not a full chef, she is a local who happens to be an amazing cook.

Cook alongside Rosa as she guides you through some of the local Abruzzi cuisine. Uncover the secrets of Italian food preparation while you whip up an array of appetizers, entrees, second courses, desserts and, of course, wines. Be mindful, though, that Rosa is not a professional chef but a local with exceptional culinary talents.
