Fantastic trip - definitely recommended - Fantastic trip - definitely recommended! Amazing sights - pelicans flying low overhead, terns darting around us, big lizards and fluffy headed baby Fairy Penguin - on this beautiful, unspoilt island. The volunteers and staff were delightful - informative, friendly and super helpful. Thank you for the best day of our trip!

Amazing experience and the best way to see the wildlife in their natural - A really great way to spend the day! Unfortunately, we didn’t see any penguins whilst on the island but that really didn’t matter as there was still so much to see. The cruise itself was highly informative and seeing dolphins, sea lions and seabirds in their natural surroundings was fantastic! The island is really nice and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Sea lions and dolphins tour yes, not penguin island - The sea lions and dolphins tour is definitely worth it. Forget penguin island: since they are fairy penguins, you can only see them at night. The tour is during the day and only talks about penguins you can't see.

False advertising- you will not see any penguins - There are no penguins. The discovery centre no longer exists. Guide suggested going to the zoo if u want to see penguins. Totally understandable (conservation reasons) why you don’t see penguins but unfortunately the website has not been updated and clearly says “you can see a penguin feeding show”. My son and I were very disappointed, not worth the price.

Disappointed trip - Went to Penguin Island for what we thought would be a lovely trip, well the boat cruise was good even though we didn't find any dolphins. Then got to Penguin Island and thought right time to sit and have some food. Well that was very disappointing as there was no picnic tables, All there was, was the grass. Not good for people who have mobility problems. Well that is me. I can't sit on the grass as I wouldn't be able to get back up. So what are people supposed to do with mobility problems, eat standing up. Not at all disability friendly there anymore. Won't be returning.

Don't waste your precious time - Visited penguin island today and paid over 200 dollars and did not see 1 penguin. Very disappointed as all we seen were seagulls! Told the staff and was told that the penguins were probably swimming....the conservation staff then advised us that she had not seen a penguin for over 2 weeks! Total waste of money and would not recommend

Not worth the money - Penguin discovery centre has been removed from the island. We where left stranded on the island as they did not operate a return ferry to the advertised schedule. We were left there with no lunch and no way of getting back for another 2 hours.

First of all,the boat... - First of all,the boat that we used should have a glass floor so we can see fish, when I got to the office lady told me that boat is with mechanics and we will use normal boat - nothing about any refund or that we can rebook. Secondly, don't even think that you will see penguins - yes it is a penguin's island but during the day they out in the sea,but the company doesn't say anything about that in the advertisement. The sealions you can see they from faraway. If you are lucky you can spot delfins. Really disappointed
