A+ experience - We went in a large group to celebrate our daughters birthday. The facilities were all fab, the staff were engaging and entertaining- A+. Special mention to Ella, her efforts with our group didn't go unnoticed, a beautiful informative young woman who ensured our daughter had the most amazing day. Above & Beyond!

Amazing Inclusive Experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested. The staff were so professional and friendly. They have clearly built up an amazing rapport with the wild dolphins 🐬 They made sure everyone had a chance to view the dolphins. Lunch was beautiful too!

Amazing experience - I have participated in this cruise yesterday and I was surprised how much I enjoyed every minute of it. Firstly, weather wasn’t great but the crew was so friendly and helpful that none if it mattered.
I went by myself but I didn’t not feel lonely at all. Crew went above and beyond to make us all feel welcomed and to have the best experience.
Swimming with dolphins it’s another thing, you have so many emotions and I got so excited I wanted to scream!
They are the best creatures and I was so surprised how close they come. They were absolutely harmless and so playful. They were curious and friendly.
I never experienced anything like that before, they gave me so much energy and excitement.
Highly recommend.

Great Fun with the Dolphins! - This was so much fun and a fantastic experience! I had a goofy smile on my face the whole time. It is large crew and they all work tirelessly throughout the morning to make sure everyone is comfortable and having a good time. There were some people who were uneasy in in the water, and I observed the crew gently coaxing, but not forcing or pushing them to do anything outside their comfort level. The groups take turns going in the water to experience the dolphins, with about four groups going in at one time while the rest wait on the boat. Even on the boat, you can observe the dolphins playing so are having fun. Once in the water, you form a line holding on to each other while the guide at the front propels you through the water so there is no much work for you to do. The dolphins come to you if they want and can swim away just as quickly. The more the dolphins want to engage, the more opportunities you will have to get in the water. We were so fortunate to jump in so many times that I lost count. Each time is about 1-2 minutes, maybe a little longer if you are having a good interaction with the dolphins since they will not interrupt your experience to take you out. Lunch was plentiful and delicious with lots of vegetarian options. One of my fav parts was after the swim, watching the dolphins follow our boat's wake doing all sorts of jumps and flips. They are truly marvelous animals and this tour is a wonderful way to experience them!

A magical experience, not to be missed! - Wow! A life time experience achieved, thank you so much to all the Team at Perth Wildlife Encounters. From the bus collection in Perth to meeting all the team on the boat, a fabulous, not to be missed, adventure. A magical experience to be with such wonderful creatures (the dolphins). The boat is comfortable, the weather was great and lunch supplied, very plentiful and tasty. Would highly recommend, this do not miss, life encounter, if in or near Perth (/Rockingham).

Best day ever. - This was genuinely one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve loved dolphins since I was a kid and getting to get so up close with them was a dream come true. The team on board were exceptional, going out of their way to make sure we all had a great time. Special mention to our guide for the day Crete who took such good care of us, working hard to make sure we all got our moments with some dolphins. Truly a once in a lifetime experience and one I will never forget.

Great experience; one of the best thigns about my whole trip to Australia! - One of the best tours I've ever been on. The boat was clean and comfortable and the guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch was excellent. I loved the philosophy of the company with regards to interacting with wild animals and the actual dolphin swim was incredible. Great value for money with everything that the day included; would definitely recommend this tour.
Only thing I would change: tell people beforehand that the guides will take photos/videos of you! I bought a waterproof phone case that I ended up not needing

Expensive family trip - Felt rushed, the end person jumping in did not really get to see the dolphins and we were back out the water very quickly. The time to snorkel was pointless. Nice lunch. We were back off the boat by 1pm. An expensive trip for a family.

Farce from start to finish - Farce from start to finish and a complete waste of money.
Booked this trip for our holiday in Perth to celebrate my 60th and my daughter's 30th. Paid extra for Perth pick up and drop off.
Day before we received notification that meet point was at Val Street Jetty in Rockingham at 6.30am, no mention of any pick up in Perth. We booked and paid for an uber and left our hotel in Perth at 5.30am. Sat waiting on the jetty until 8am when crew finally arrived. They blamed the third party for not providing any pick up details and we tried to put that behind us and enjoy what was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. How wrong were we ! Total cost for the "swim with wild dolphins" ( totally misleading advertisement) was over 750 dollars for 2, including pick up and drop off. A further 60 dollars for the uber we had to book. What did we get for such a huge amount of money ? A farce. The boat was crammed with over 30 people, my daughter counted 36 . We spent more time trying to get into and out of the water than we did actually in the water. Major problems with language barrier for many people, not understanding instructions etc and far too many people in the water at the same time so all you actually see is other people. Several times we were bumping into them and on the fourth attempt into the water to try and see the dolphins, I was the first behind the crew member and as she turned around with the thing they use to pull you through the water, I got hit on the head with it. I managed to see 3 dolphins swim under me just once in four attempts into the water.
3 out of the 4 attempts into the water my daughter and I were 5th and 6th into the water, and had to rely on the people in front of us being quick into the water, alas they were all the ones with the language barrier problems so we're slow to react, yet it was me and my daughter constantly being berated for not being quick enough into the water. Just what we're we supposed to do ? Kick them into the water? We could only go as fast as the people in front, and that applies to getting back on the boat as well . We were constantly being told go quicker, get out of the water, with no concern for safety climbing wet steps back into the boat.
We were hugely disappointed in this trip and aside from the fact you don't ever swim with the dolphins, they really need to change the name to boat trip farce, you only ever see them in the water and only IF YOU'RE LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE THE FIRST ONE IN THE WATER ! There was no concern for safety, no customer care about the quality of the experience and how much each paying
customer got out of the trip, it was all about greed and how many they could get on the boat.
Well absolutely would not recommend this trip to anyone and have told all our friends in Perth to tell their other visitors to avoid it
It has the potential to be a nice experience, but only with limited numbers of people. Until this company put quality over quantity I'd spend your holiday money and time elsewhere.
Lastly, they advertise photos as being provided to you, and we were expecting something a little more fitting of the title of the trip, instead all we got was a photo of us sat on the boat at the end of the trip and stock photos of dolphins under the water which I highly doubt we're taken on that day as all you could see in the water that day were 20 other people ! Shame on you Perth Wildlife Encounters, treat your customers with the respect they deserve after they've paid such a huge amount for what amounts to just a boat trip
