A Serendipitous Start in Rogač

As a former professional surfer, my life has always been about chasing the next wave, the next adventure. So when I found myself in Croatia, the allure of exploring the island of Šolta on an e-bike was too tempting to resist. As the sun began its descent, casting a golden glow over the island, we made our way to Maslinica. At the exquisite restaurant of Martinis Marchi Castle, we savored a three-course meal that was as much a feast for the eyes as it was for the palate.

With our bellies full and spirits high, we had some free time to explore or take another dip in the sea. The freedom to choose our own adventure was a fitting end to a day that had been all about discovery and spontaneity.
