Great day in Exuma - Totally recommend! Very reliable and reputable company- a pleasure to deal with! . Beautiful water, beaches, boat and fantastic captain. Caves, sting rays and sunshine! Great music, snacks and cold beer ( and water). We had a wonderful time!! A must do when in Exuma! We will be back.

Best Exuma excursion - This trip was amazing. Everything I could have asked for and more. The staff was extremely friendly and laid back. They knew all of the best places to site see and experience the wild life. The boat was extremely nice and clean, we were able to play our own music and bring drinks which was a plus. It was such a great experience for me and my friends.

LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE - Can’t say enough great things about this trip. When we first arrived the captain introduced and asked what we were interested in (for example: history, animals, both, views) to get a gauge of truly curating your experience. We of course wanted to see the animals. We saw and swam with huge turtles, sting rays, sharks, and pigs! And even catch some starfish!!! The captain knows local spots that he will take you which is truly amazing because you avoid a huge crowd of tourists the majority of the trip making it feel like a private tour not only on the boat but with interacting with the animals! Company is super friendly and responsive. They know the island very well and truly make your experience curated and based on what you enjoy. Worth every penny. Memories I will always remember. Thank you so so much Crystal Bay!!!

Brilliant Exuma boat trip - Highlight of my trip! A wonderful way to explore Exuma. Boat was pristine and crew so helpful and accommodating with lots of stops to see the turtles, swimming pigs, dolphins and swimming in the coves. Highly recommend.

Magical, a little piece of heaven! - It was the most magical experience. The people were very professional and understood what we wanted. The boat ride felt like a family affair. Fantastic Experience - Wow! Crystal Bay this tour did not disappoint! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable lots of historical and cultural information and was more than happy to answer questions. They offered recommendations of other things to do/ see and places to eat during the tour. Definitely a must when visiting the city!

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! - On Dec 29th, 2022, I booked a 4hr private fishing charter for my family of 5 (including 3 kids) for April 6th, 2023 in Exuma. My Mastercard was charged the full amount of $1,500 at that time. After the initial email confirmation, I then heard from Bernard Rolle (the owner of Crystal Bay Boat Excursions...his phone # is from Fort Lauderdale) one week before the trip and he referred me to Capt. Tim, who he said would be the captain. Capt. Tim confirmed with me, but recommended changing the date due to forecasted windy conditions. I said sure, let's move the trip to April 4th. Capt. Tim stopped communicating with me and Bernard was unable to find another charter for us. His company doesn't have a phone # nor a functional email on their website to communicate with anyone. Bernard wouldn't even get back to me to confirm if he had a captain set up for my contracted date of April 6th. He wouldn't even respond to a text (the only form of communication with him) to formally cancel the trip (within the window that allows him to keep 10%, and refund 90%). As of now, the charge is under dispute with Mastercard. This guy apparently is not a boat captain himself. It sounds like he contracts out to boat captains...and doesn't do that well either. I highly recommend booking directly with a reputable boat captain.
