• Simon - This trip will take us to one of the most wild areas of the Bucegi Natural Park. The beauty of the forest, alpine pastures and glacial valleys will be part of the landscape. This is the place in 2010, Israeli helicopter, in heavy weather conditions after piloting error, hit the rocks, 7 people losing their lives. Our route passes you by the monument build in memory, which is located at the base of the mountain near the village of Simon, as well as by the rocks where the remains of the aircraft were found, high in the mountains at about 1800 m altitude.

A 15-km medium difficulty hike with an approximate elevation height of 1400 m. This trip is specifically suited for seasoned hikers who are familiar with a variety of terrains. Expect a total of 5-7 hours of hiking on wide paths with no exposure or treacherous cliffs.
