Totally worth it!! - This tour is absolutely worth it! Our guide, Francesca, was the best guide we had in our time in Italy. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the places we visited. Danielle was our driver and he was also very kind and a great driver. We had enough time to explore both Orvieto and Bagnoregio and in both towns Francesca gave us suggestions of where to go and what to see. The farm in Tuscany was a great stop and the family who received us was really welcoming. Make sure you have some coins with you to use the restroom in Bagnoregio! It costs 1€ and it only accepts coins. This is definitely a tour worth taking when in Rome - perfect to escape the city chaos and get to see another side of Italy.

Amazing Day away from the city - Laura was an amazing tour guide for our time away from the Rome city life! She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about so much of Italy! This tour took us to 2 different country side locations, both different in their own way but beautiful and fun, and a family owned winery. The food and wines were amazing and the shopping in the 2 town were plentiful with amazing landscapes and views! This was time and money well spent outside of the Rome City to see more of Italy.

Good, but disappointed - Unfortunately, the trip described did not mention that the wine tasting and lunch were at the same place as the previous day’s excursion. And so was one of the “shopping” stops. So, I ended up seeing the same places twice! Again, check-in was chaotic and check-in staff were rude. Our guide Chiara was absolutely wonderful! But disappointed that I wasted money seeing same sights twice. You should describe your tour more throughly.

disappointed! - First the guide would walk ahead of some of the older tourists. We got stuck in traffic which made us late for lunch and the food was rushed and the appetizers had been sitting out on the table for a while. And instead of extending the time we did not go to Bagnoregio we went Pienza. A tour that we already took. The farmhouse we went for lunch- I had gone to before on another and the lunch was better. The guide did not tell us in a way that was apologetic or understanding it was -- this is what it is. We were very disappointed. I have taken multiple tours with Viator but this was the first time that i was i disappointed on how it was handled, not prepared for this situation and the guides attention.to the guests.

Guide who did not guide and demonstrated not knowing Orvieto. Do not recommend. - Guide couldn't get to a church in Orvieto. He kept asking the passers how to get there. And then he said we could walk through town to the meeting point to get out. Nobody guided us to see the city. We paid a lot to have a Guide. Even not speaking English well was the only option we had. But we understand. There were no headphones. In the bus she spoke in the microphone but we were sitting behind and there was a lot of noise and could not listen right. Also the air conditioning of the bus did not work right. It was refreshing in front but behind where we were was very hot. I don't recommend this tour. Very badly done. We'd better go alone because we paid for a service we didn't have.
