Colosseum & Roman Forum - The places were very interesting to learn about and our tour guide did very well explaining and teaching us about the locations.

Lots of knowledge of history - Very good tour conducted by MARIBEL. She knew the entire route in detail and supported herself with sheets to explain everything. Thank you very much for an excellent tour!

Wonderful tour of the Forum and the Colosseum - Patricia has given us a very interesting tour with all kinds of historical and archaeological explanations. It has been a wonderful tour!

God speed finding the ticket people… - This was a tough one. The tickets were very difficult to locate especially with the massive crowds. There was a pretty big queue, for the express entrance into the colosseum once we got our tickets and we discovered it was a big every person for themselves. We made our way in and seeing the colosseum without a guide was fine. We used Rick Steves audio tour and did a lap.

Not clearly advertised what required. Headset, wifi - Not completely up front wrt this event. No where did it say u needed an audio device, wifi or a specker / headset system. Especially from out of country w no wifi access. Im from N America & my phone has no jack so it was a complete waste for the audio part. Only good thing was the skip the line. Not worth the money paid really felt cheated.

Disappointment - Maribel, who has been the guide, is charming and super professional. The company is a disaster and has little desire to help. On the agreed day at the agreed time in Rome the universal flood fell and after finding a blue flag in a sea of multicolored umbrellas the person in charge tells us to wait. Ten minutes later she tells us that our group has left and that we cannot enter If it wasn't for Maribel, we wouldn't be able to enter. She was the only one in the whole group who cared about us. Maribel 10, company 0. I will neither repeat nor recommend it.
