A great way to experience the ancient and quiet parts of Rome - I was very surprised that I went from cycling on a very busy street to suddenly finding myself on an ancient road and vice versa. The contrast between the two worlds is amazing. The stops underway were super interesting and well worth a second visit in their own right. The electric bikes are phenomenal and our guide spoke flawless English.

In Rome, but out of Rome - Excellent afternoon getting out of the hub of the city centre to cycle the Appian Way. Stop offs for a Catacombs visit, and some snacks on the way back were a fab addition. Silvie/ Silvia was an excellent host. Would highly recommend as something different for a city visit. We covered around 26k so you need to be prepared for that, but the e bikes are great, and need very little effort.

Great bike ride bike on Appian Way - Our bike ride was very nice. Sylvia did a great job of explaining different sites along the the way. The bikes themselves were in great condition as well. I would highly recommend this tour. Towards the end we a really nice Italian lunch. Overall a great 4-5 hours.

Cycle through History - Beautiful ride through the hills and ruins in the outskirts of Rome! Felipe looked after us super well and gave us a really engaging, cheerful, informative tour of so many cool places; he really conveyed a sense of the dramatic human stories behind the sites we stopped at. The bike ride was safe and not too taxing, especially with the e-bikes feature, but it was still challenging enough to feel like a real adventure.

Highlight of our stay in Rome - There was only one other person on the tour, with me and my wife, so had a very personal experience. Our guide was excellent, and took time to give us lots of information at the sights we passed. Nice stop for lunch included too. E bikes make it so easy, once you get used to them. Great mix of city and countryside on the tour. Would recommend this tour.

Excellent, fun! - An amazing tour, of dream places, outside the center, accompanied by Silvia (the guide) always attentive to everything you need, helmet, gloves. The impeccable bikes, I had never been on assisted bikes, spectacular! Especially at a calm pace, to enjoy. Lunch in a park, rich and Silvia...always attentive to our enjoyment. Very good your Spanish and above all fun and predisposed. I recommend and would definitely repeat. I went alone, and I felt super good about the group. Thank you.

Best tour of the trip - Our e-bike tour of the Appian Way was an unforgettable highlight of our trip to Rome! From the moment we hopped on our electric bikes, it was an effortless and enjoyable journey through history. Pedaling along the ancient Appian Way, free from the noise of vehicles and crowds, was a surreal experience. The aqueducts, ruins, and countryside views were absolutely stunning—true glimpses into Rome’s storied past. Our guide, Leopold, was fantastic! His passion for history and storytelling brought the ancient sites to life. He made sure everyone was comfortable, even those of us who had never ridden an e-bike before. The stop at the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella and the Aqua Claudia remains were fascinating, and Leopold's explanations added so much depth to the experience. But let me emphasize: DO NOT miss the lunch! It was a delightful spread of local flavors in a serene countryside setting. The vegetarian options were just as satisfying as the traditional ones. It was the perfect way to refuel after the ride and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was well-organized, from the bikes (complete with water bottles you can refill at fountains along the way) to the seamless pacing of the tour. Whether you’re a history buff or simply looking for a unique way to explore Rome, this tour is a must-do. Thanks to Leopold and the team for an incredible day!
