Skip the line tickets... - Skip the line tickets were perfect. This is a self-guided tour that has a specific time frame for entry only, so you can stay as long as you like. We stayed for almost 3 hours, touring all parts of the Castle. Learning the history behind the building’s many uses over the millennia was fascinating. The views from the top were phenomenal. The history of the popes added a little bit more, as we had done the Vatican tour two days prior, so everything went together. Highly recommended.

Very good - The guides were very helpful and courteous. They took extra time helping us download the app even with poor WiFi in the area. Try to go just before sunset to get fantastic pics from top of castl.

Great visit! - The operator was easy to spot at the designated location. We quickly got our tickets and went inside. Everything went off without a problem and we had a great time seeing the castle.

Faint day visit - Rainy day. Skip the line entry got us in quickly and seamlessly. Very interesting history and displays. Not every part of this visit is out of the rain but enough to be able to enjoy and stay mostly dry.

Beautiful statuary - Fantastic location. The Popguide walking tour left a lot to be desired. Would have much preferred to use the audio tour the location had numbered so I could learn about ask the locations and not just the 18 on the PopGuide.
Location was a little busier but still got to take pictures without people in them.

Ticket resale service essentially - This particular product is a ticket resale option. With skip the line option. Nothing else is really offered. Allowed us to buy tickets when they were not available elsewhere for a particular day and time.

Read the fine print on exclusions. - Read the fine print on what is NOT included, especially if you purchase the audio guide. You will not get a headset. You will be asked to download an app on your phone and you will have to stream the guide through your phone. It is a very busy attraction. If you didn’t bring your own headphones, it is completely impractical. If you want this option, bring wireless earbuds. The audio guide is not worth the extra cost, unless you share an earbud with a companion.

Wouldn't recommend! - Despite having paid the skip-the- line-ticket, we had to wait a considerable amount of time.
The Audioguide was unnecessary, because the signs in the castle were far more informative.
All in all we paid more than twice the normal admission fee without having any visible benefit at all.
Can't recommend!
