• Sepolcro degli Scipioni - Shortly after the start of the Appian Way, the tomb of the Scipios appears, belonging to one of the most ancient and prestigious Roman families.
• Arco Di Druso - After passing the tomb of the Scipios, the tour will pass under the Arch of Drusus, an impressive monument from the Roman era.
• Porta San Sebastiano - A few meters after the Arch of Drusus, one of the most famous access gates of Rome can be found, part of the grand Aurelian walls, which can be admired in one of their most beautiful sections.
• Catacombs of Saint Callixtus - Upon reaching the catacombs, visitors will be greeted by lush and unexpected nature, with olive trees, cypress-lined roads, and green meadows, reminiscent of Tuscany! This will be the most important stop, where an expert guide will lead a small group tour inside the Catacombs.
• Basilica San Sebastiano Fuori le Mura - An important Basilica that houses a majestic sculpture by Bernini.
• Mausoleo di Cecilia Metella e Castrum Caetani - Parco Archeologico dell’Appia Antica - The symbol of the Appian Way, its most significant and grand monument. Initially a mausoleum, it was later transformed by the Caetani family into a Castrum. A visit from the outside is planned, but those interested can enter independently to visit the mausoleum, upon payment of the ticket.
