10 out of 10. Highly recommend Sarah’s tour - Sarah was a very well informed guide. She was very friendly and helpful. She had an in-depth understanding of Rome, it’s history., Its culture, and its traditions. She moved at just the right pace. For good measure, she brought us hot chocolates, and chocolates en route.

Great time! - We were late in the season for the Christmas tour and were told it was the last Christmas tour of the season. We elected to go anyway. Max our tour guide was fantastic, a wealth of historic information on every subject. Would definitely recommend this tour. The city was beautiful at night!

Disappointing with no hot chocolate or Christmas treats - My family and I wanted to do something special since we were in Rome for Christmas. I thought this tour would be the perfect way to add that "holiday spirit" while we were there. I should've booked it for earlier in the week. Because we booked it for Christmas Eve, the place that we were supposed to stop for our hot chocolate and Christmas treats closed early. Our guide wasn't sure of what to do because the back-up place they go to wasn't open either. We spent a good bit of time waiting on the other guide to give our guide some direction. We walked a good bit before finally finding a spot to buy a bottled water which we ended up paying for ourselves. The only highlight of this tour was seeing the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica at the end of the tour. It was amazing to see the Pope on the jumbotron and the Christmas Eve mass that was going on. Would probably skip the tour next time and just plan on going to the Vatican on our own.

Yosh, our tour guide was... - Yosh, our tour guide was pleasant, but some comments he made were negative regarding Christmas and Rome. The commentary wasn't really Christmas themed, as is stated in the tour description. He did not know the Italian folklore Befana. He told us she came on December 6th, when in actuality she delivers gifts to children throughout Italy on Epiphany eve, January 5th. He mentioned that he wasn't a history buff, but he didn't seem to know the names of some common churches in the area along the tour. The tour description has not been updated. There was no Christmas market and we did not get to try a seasonal panettone. My recommendations for Yosh - You mentioned up front that this is a part time job for you. Whether the job is part time or not, you should be knowledgeable about structures that are on visible on your tour. You should also try to be more positive about the information you are sharing. This could be your customer's only tour while they are in Rome and you should strive to make it a positive experience for each customer.
