Wonderful tour with knowledgeable guide - The young architect who showed us around the city, Bado, was wonderful! He was charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His English was excellent and he was patient and careful in answering our questions. He clearly loves both Rome’s history and its present day. The three hour tour we took was the ideal length. We saw about 10 different sites and Bado explained their significance and relationship to each other in clear but not overwhelming detail. We are so glad we took this tour!

An excellent tour in a crowded Rome - Despite the fact that it was pretty crowded in Rome (we expected this time to be off season) Bado was able to navigate the tour to see all places we wished for and more. His knowledge of architecture and history of Rome is extensive and he’s a good companion to have chat with since he travels a lot.

Roman holidays - We had 4 hour tour excluding Colosseum, Roman forum and Vatican, yet we were able to see a lot of monumental, architectural places and take a lot of pictures. The pizza close to square of Popolo which was recommended by the guide was amazing at the end of the tour.

Rome’s architecture and more - We started at Santa Maria basilica and headed towards Colosseum, the tour included all famous spots like Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc and explained in detail by an architect, it was interesting to see Rome from his perspective. We finished the tour in a very cozy restaurant near Trastevere which was a pleasant way to finish the tour.

Super guide! - Our guide Bado met us in front of our hotel which was super conveniant. He is the nicest most knowledgable guide we have ever had. Not only is he well versed in Roman history and architecture , he is an all around person of the world having travelled and studied in different countries. He helped us with a "cliff note " of a tour of Rome since we had little time. He made sure to point out historic significance of the major sites in our 3 hour tour as well as the architectural significance of each location. We would highly reccomend his services!!

Nice gelato, good pasta, fascinating architecture, pleasant company, and more... - We had an interesting walk with Bado, who is very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took us to a gelato place near Santa Maggiore, which my kids really liked. We also had an amazing dinner at a local restaurant in Trastevere after our informative tour of the historical center of Rome. Our guide was an architect, so we learned a lot of fascinating details about the buildings, streets, and history of Rome.

Get Your Steps in While Seeing Historic Sights - We walked and walked and walked through the streets of Rome to see many highlights of the city. Our stops included the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo and others. We got to see the Tiber River too. An architectural student guided us and he was very knowledgeable. Good exercise while seeing great sights! I only wish that we could have gone inside of some of the sites.

Had a nice and informative walk - I booked a walk with this guide to explore hidden and non-touristic places, as I have already been to Rome several times. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the itinerary and the tour provided. Additionally, we visited a very nice pasta place, which was a delightful way to conclude the tour.

Architect’s perspective on Rome - Bado was a very knowledgeable tour guide! We were able to see lots of sweet sites of Rome and had the inside “architect” perspective which was really great. I was expecting and hoping to get more information regarding the Jewish experience in Rome throughout the centuries which he did not know much about. That part was disappointing since the tour was advertised as a Jewish Ghetto tour. As far as tours in Rome go, he did a great job.
