When in Rome, make pasta! - Ida & Angela were a great team. They made the class so fun and not intimidating. Great atmosphere with great music being played. Overall we made a great pasta meal with a couple cocktails.

Roman Colosseum - Only issue was that we were to meet the person with the tickets who was holding a black flag. There was more than one group with a black flag

Coliseum - Had a great time visiting the Coliseum! There are many different types of tours to do within the Coliseum itself so do some research and decide which one is best for you!

Don’t do it. - There is an app you need to download in advance called my colosseum. That wasn’t communicated in advance which is unfortunate for those with limited or no data when traveling internationally. It would have been so easy to communicate this in advance. I reached out to the guide that morning after reading my voucher to to see, but they never responded. The app is nearly worthless and only works if you stand in just the right foot at each display, which is difficult to do with large crowds. We ended up not using it all. You could have used one provided by the colosseum which probably would have been Better but you had to pay for it. Don’t do this your. The only advantage was not waiting in line for a ticket, get your guide is much better.

I will only book a live tour going forward. - We walked through the colosseum and found it to be very impressive. We could not get the audio app to work therefore we didn’t know what we were looking at. It would’ve been very nice to know. There should be instructions on how to use the app and how to get the phone to work before you leave the person handing out the tickets. They should make it mandatory before you leave the guide. In addition the internet reception was very poor and slow around the Colosseum.

Disappointing information of missing languages in Audio App - We are pretty disappointed as we purchase the entree on a German webpage of Viator and had been informed first time hour belfre entering Colosseum that the Audio APP is in English and Italian only. If we had been aware before I would not purchase as we needed German language. Will we recommend with Viator, definitively not

Non-guaranteed - No words written on the black flag. Showed up and was told the company never purchased our tickets even though I was sent a confirmation email the day before. Book with caution
