Tania was excellent. Wonderful tour - Tania was an excellent guide. She was funny informative and attentive. This really is worth doing. We loved it and would highly recommend the experience

An tour for academics with a knowledgeable guide - A wonderful tour with an extremely knowledgeable, funny and amicable tour guide. We were with a pregnant woman and she ensured to cater to her every needs. Wonderful and great work!

Fantastic - The tour guide was fantastic, she knew all the history. She was considerate to my husband and I, she suggested the lift to get up top and was always pointing the group to water spouts to fill up.
The only criticism which is not her fault, the time allocated to the tour isn’t long enough, she sped through it to cram in as information as possible and very little time for anything else.

Colosseum 2024 - Had a really fantastic tour with our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, provided right amount of information and was able to answer questions. Had a awesome tour!

Rushed and inexperienced - The first scheduled time got canceled. Had to call customer service and reschedule. The guide was very rushed trying to do two tours back to back. As a result we hurried through each site without a lot of explanation or time to take in what we were seeing and experiencing. She had limited knowledge of the history of the sites.

Still waiting on a refund - The tour was cancelled by the company as there was some issue with the colosseum administration apparently. And we only were notified 2 days before it was due to happen. I have received my credit card bill this week and we have still not received a refund (almost 1 month ago) in spite of being told this would happen within 5 days of the cancellation.
I have contacted the company and I am awaiting a response. This is very concerning and disappointing.

Tour never happened. - The tour was canceled 2 days before😞!! They did give us an oprtion for anotger time and day, but it didn't work for our schedule. The tour group did promise to refund us the money after 6-8 business days from the day of the booked tour. Do not buy tickets from anywhere but colosseum's website. We were able to find the same tickets for another day with much less price.

Terrible experience with booking - Untrustworthy. I lost $400 as Viator said that it’s impossible to change the timings of the tour and recommended me to book the same tour on different date. They promised me that they will look into it but book another one which I did. As soon as I booked they emailed me that they are unable to change and they cannot refund me the money for the first booking. On the same day, tour guide called me from Italy and told that they have changed the timings to 2PM. So, I end up buying two tours to collesium but used only one. Lost $400.
Viator didn’t even bothered to reply back. Never again will book with Viator. Very bad experience. Trip advisor should not be recommending them.
