Very good guide! - In addition to the visits, the GianLucca experience and explanations faith were incredible. He left no question unanswered and was always very friendly, allowing the group time for photos, as well as worrying about everyone's hydration!

You should take this tour! - My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Humi! She made sure to explain everything really well and helped to make sure everyone had a great time! It was 99 degrees when we took our tour and Humi went out of her way to make we stopped in the shade and got water! I would definitely recommend this tour!

Well oriented with surprising facts. - The tour guide person was very knowledgeable. However, Viator did not accept my request of a refund for the same tour which we missed due to sick child.

Hot Day in Rome - Easy way to gain access to Forum and Colosseum. Our guide was helpful, but we could have benefited from some additional details and facts given, to get extra engagement especially from our teens. It was an incredibly hot day and easy to become distracted.

Great guide but too many people - Gulia was a great guide with a wonderful personality. She made the tour fun, even though there were way too many people in the Colosseum with long lines. Gulia took it all in stride, keeping our group together and making sure everyone was having a good time.

Coliseum Tour - We could not find our tour. I emailed the tour guide and the guide did not respond. We missed the tour.

Terrible experience - Our tickets got mixed up and they printed my child’s ticket as an adult and my adult kids ticket as a child. We caught the error when we got our tickets but instead of correcting it, the guide said we would hopefully be able to talk our way into the coliseum. When we got to the entrance, they would not accept the ticket and we couldn’t go in as a family. Very disappointing for my kids who were looking forward to this more than anything.

Never happened - Tour never happened… no email, just dropped from my queue 3 days ago… nothing. Trip advisor kept sending me notifications… I clicked… it wasn’t there when I went to TripAdvisor. My only assumption was it was cancelled with no notice or refund explanation. This sucks
