Very good experience - This tour was easy to organise and the person who exchanged the voucher for your tickets was very easy to find. She took us in quickly and we managed to use the lift to get up the top of the colloseum, asthe guide had advised us before hand the things on offer once inside. She was very knowledgeable. The walk round was very interesting, and you could take as much time as you wanted.

How to facilitate access to this magnificent but crowded site... - Initially going through the Get Your Guide site, we were supported by this service provider, 2 extremely friendly people including K (I don't have the first name of the 2nd person...), who welcomed us, gave explanations, guide. It certainly has a cost, but no waiting (which is a luxury in Rome...), everything is well explained. It was perfect.

Not a guided tour - The guide information tickets and was gone. Friendly and did what was advertised. So read the details carefully.
