• Meeting place: Via del Colosseo nr 31, in front of Caffe Roma, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop(blue line). The tour reservations have strict timing. Please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. Latecomers won’t be waited for and no refunds will be granted.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
• Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with walking disabilities
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Please be advised that the Colosseum’s capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure
• This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays and events.
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue
• Please note that from August 6th, 2021, all public museums in Italy will require all visitors above the age of 12 years old to show a valid ID and certification proving that you have either: Been vaccinated with an approved vaccine (Pfizer-BioNtech, Astrazeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna) Been tested (PCR or antigen) with a negative result within the last 48hrs; Recovered from COVID-19, attested by a PCR or antigen test result, at least 15 days and no more than six months old;
• As per Colosseum rules, LARGE BAGS - PERFUMES – SPRAY/AEROSOL CANS- WEAPONS – GLASS – ALCOHOL are forbidden. Please note that there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate the above items
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
