Great customer service and great self guided tour. - We had a great time at the Colosseum. It is a lot of walking while inside with a ton of steps, there is a lift for people with special needs though. The meet up was exactly where the pin was sent to us on the invite and the personnel’s company was clearly marked on their shirts. The young lady that provided the tickets to us was very professional explained in detail where we needed to go and showed us how to use the app. We were also able to get our tickets early, however the gate personnel will not let you in early at all so be prepared to wait until the exact time of your ticket.

Colosseo ❤️ - The Colosseum is huge and very beautiful. I can imagine how it looked in its full glory in ancient Rome.

A great way to see the site - A great tour with a very knowledgeable guide who spoke clear and understandable English. Meeting place was a bit hard to find due to construction.

Beautiful - If you’re a history buff this site would be great to immerse yourself in fully, however if you are like me who just loves looking and admiring the historic structures while listening to a podcast about its history then just walking on the perimeter of the collosseum in the evening is more than enough. It was packed with tourist in the glaring heat during the day but in the evening it’s so much more chill and enjoyable to explore the outside perimeter and bask in its lit up beauty. It’s a beautiful place to look at in its lit up glory in the evening so I highly recommend going to it in the evening or night.

Fun day tour - This tour is for you to enjoy at your own pace which is perfect for us as we don’t like going with a group and not being able to enjoy seeing things much. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only thing was we didn’t know the audio was an app on your phone rather than a handheld one and so didn’t bring our own AirPods to listen to. Would have been better with the audio during our tour but overall it was good. The places are amazing, except for the heat! Brutally hot.

Dont book via tripadvisor! - Dont book via tripadvisor, you're better off going and getting the ticket on the day. I didnt get what I ordered due to a system issue, then only got a approx 23% refund. I will never use your services again.

Do Not Recommend - It’s not escorted entrance, and you have to coordinate with a group of strangers to get in. Basically, there’s one ticket that’s good for however many people are in your group. You all have to stay together to get into the Colosseum, and then you have to pick up a meeting point and a time for you all to get back together so you can get into the Roman Forum together. No one escorts you in. We only bought these tickets because we could no longer buy tickets through the official website. If tickets are still available through the official website, definitely go that route.

Disgusting service - Didn’t manage to do tour as turned up on time 2 reps sent us to different places and by the the time it was sorted the tour had left absolute disgusted by service I say to anyone don’t use these tour services no refund was offered

Awful - After looking for an hour never found our tour,called multiple times and finally spoke to a very rude uncompasioned person who flat out refused to assist us,lost our time, money and on top of that we're treated awfully by Aviator/City wonder grup!! Thanks for nothing

Scam with arena entrance - I bought these tickets with additional entrance to arena floor, but got tickets for arena floor entrance only. When I asked about it to City Wonders personal they said that they don't know anything about it. But also didn't offer any assistance or way to get our original tickets or refund. Since we weren't the only ones with this problem (we met multiple people who had the same issue with City Wonders), it seems like a scam. Also when you buy the tickets there's information that there will be guided entrance in to Colosseum (not a guided tour but just guided entrance) and there's nothing of that. Highly NOT-recomended
