A view like no other - My family and I visited the Roman Colosseum and our tour guide couldn't have been anymore amazing. So knowledgeable about the structure, the history, this experience was certainly one for the books. Thank you for making our time in Rome amazing.

Giovanna Is Perfect - Giovanna is outstanding!! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my wife who has limited mobility.
There were a total of 6 in our party (all family) and Giovanna‘s personality is perfect for her job.

Great Tour of the Colosseum - Finding the tour group at the beginning was a little chaotic, but after that, the tour was very good. Our guide was very knowledgeable, clearly passionate about the history, and definitely made the visit memorable.

Meh tour-horrible treatment - The tour was meh, but the guy that was in charge was really rude. I couldn’t download the vouchers (2 other persons couldn’t too) and he started yelling at me.

Unreliable. I am thankful my tour was saved by another company. - No representative from the company was at the site at the time or location. Luckily these small operators look out for each other and another small operator added my son and I to another tour (at no additional cost to me - I guess they will seek a reimbursement from the operator I signed up with).
It was almost a complete disaster and we had to wait in the heat for an extra hour. I am not impressed...

Extremely Upset - We found out there was a national holiday in Rome that day and the coliseum entry was free. Tried to contact tour operator who did not answer. The day of the tour we could not make it to the coliseum due to road closures
For a parade. Tried again to contact the tour operator. NO ANSWER again.
Repeatedly tried to contact that we could not get to the coliseum. NO ANSWER!!!
Missed the tour. Still no answer!
I’m so upset. I’ll probably never be in Rome agiain and I was looking forward to this tour!!

Book somewhere else - Tour operator wasn’t there so we didn’t get to go on the tour. We called and spoke to someone who was supposed to investigate and we have yet to hear back. Was told 72 hours. Terrible experience, book somewhere else!

A waste of time - We waited more than 2 hours for our tour to start. We bought “ Skip the line” But had to wait in three lines, one to get our ticket, one to show our ticket and the last one for them to scan our ticket before we actually went through security. This tour was a bust!

Unfortunately the local... - Unfortunately the local tour company did not show up to facilitate the tour. It was not until we reached out to them directly that we were informed that they did not have the necessary tickets needed to complete the tour. Very disappointing.
