The names on the passport or ID document have to match the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
• All visitors must pass through a mandatory security control which can take some time depending on the number of people visiting the monument that day. During peak times or seasons, the wait time for security checks may be significant and is UNRELATED TO THE TICKETS QUEUE.

• LATE ARRIVALS ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOW , which is NOT REFUNDABLE and also not possible to reschedule. The reservations have a specific entrance time , after that they expire and are not anymore valid. If you book a guided tour , you can only enter with the group , you cannot enter by yourself.
