- It is mandatory to enter your name and surname when booking, otherwise you will not be allowed access to the Colosseum as the ticket is nominative. Your document will be checked upon entry. The free ticket for children under 18 can be collected directly at the Colosseum entrance with an identity document WITHOUT QUEUEING
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Go to the agency to collect your ticket at least 20 minutes before the entry time. In case of delay there is the risk of not being able to enter. If you are unable to collect your tickets for any reason, your reservation cannot be changed or refunded as tickets are non-refundable.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- “Priority” access is used to avoid hours of queuing at the ticket offices to purchase tickets. With this ticket you just need to show up at the entrance to the Colosseum, there will be a few minutes of waiting for the document check, but the queue moves very quickly

Mandatory - The coliseum is huge, you can see everything from any view.The Roman forum and the mount take quite a lot of walking.

Convenient, easy, quick - We used this service to get tickets into the Colosseum including the arena for our visit to Rome in September. We had a pretty tight window of time, and this service had availability that worked for us. It was very easy. Our tourbus dropped us off near the Colosseum, we followed the very accurate directions from the confirmation email on how to get to the Artour office, where we were greeted by a very polite and professional gentleman. He gave us our tickets and told us where to enter the Colosseum, and we were out of the office within a couple minutes. We bypassed the long line to buy tickets and went directly to the security/entrance gate. Very easy. Remember to bring your US passport! They need to see that your names on your passports match the names on the tickets. We heard from others that drivers licenses were not accepted. Also, if you're at the Colosseum and looking for the office, face the metro station and go to the right a block or so, then up the stairs and to the left to the office, per the instructions. Due to the construction, that was the only part we weren't super clear on, but figured it out.

Book with the pros- skip the online scams! Next door to Cafe Roma and Coliseum - We were stood up but our tour booked on Expedia (likely a scam) and saw the office right there at our meeting point at Coliseum. We were only in Rome for (1) day, so this was our only chance to see the sights before our cruise.
Leonardo was incredible and helped us book (2) tours- Rome and the Vatican. He also helped us book a transfer to the cruise ship on a Sunday (when Vans usually are not available), saving us a ton of stress and worry!
He was incredible helpful and patient and we could not be more thankful for everything.
We were hooked up with A 4 person golf cart which was a blessing as it was 100+ degrees and Artillo (our driver) was fantastic. He guided us all through Rome and even took a detour to take us to the best (not touristy) Gelato!
He was extremely friendly and courteous and took special care to make sure we understood his home country!
It was an amazing day!

Perfect for younger families. - A brilliant deal. We had access to all the different parts of the colosseum, the palatine museum and other exclusive museum areas were also included. This suited us with younger children as we felt a guide would be too much for them. We used our bus tour ticket the following day and this was great for the kids with a child friendly audio channel to listen to. Would definitely recommend booking this deal.

Excellent value for money - The colosseum was a great experience and the priority access was worth the money. The addition of the bus tour was awesome and a great way to see all the sights!

Absolutely worth the price! - It was absolutely nice to go past the line that would have made for a 2 hour wait in 90 degree weather. The one thing I would advise is to get there early. We went to a kiosk just outside the train station that had a Romartour sign on it, but that wasn’t where we needed to be. We had to walk down the street a bit, up a very long staircase (would have been difficult for anyone with mobility issues, and finally found the ticket office around the corner from a cafe that was there. Everything was perfect after that.

Just missing a water bottle! - This place was amazing. It was hot though. I wished a brought a water bottle. They had free water stations. We loved the self guided tour. No rush. It was just what we preferred.

Coliseum entrance - Was a good experience.we were able to find our tickets and enter quickly. Wasnt able to skip the main line at the door. However im certin it saved time to buy our tickets.

Viator canceled our Colosseum tickets the day before our visit! So disappointing! - Our family of 7 traveled to Italy to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. I spent many hours of time pre-booking tickets for us to get to see all the wonderful sites. When booking the Colosseum, I could only put 6 people on one booking, and then had to purchase one additional single booking so we could all go together. The day before our visit to the Colosseum, Viator contacted me to say our tour had been canceled for our party of 6. They offered to reschedule us, which I replied we absolutely wanted to do, but then they responded saying they would refund me. I called and they said, sorry, all the time slots were sold out. I told them we were terribly disappointed, and I also explained that I purchased one additional single ticket because of the size of our group and that I would like that ticket refunded as well, as one of us wasn't going to go alone. After over an hour of vacation spent on the phone with Viator, they refused to refund the single ticket as well. I was so unimpressed with Viator.
