- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- The starting time could be subject to change. Do not book this tour on your day of travel or on the same day as another tour (refunds will not be given to customers that cannot attend an updated start time). Updated information will be emailed as soon as any changes are made
- The tour can start at either the Colosseum or the Palatine Hill/Roman Forum
- The tour will run rain or shine (unless the monument is closed by the officials for safety reasons)
- There are mandatory security checks at all entry points to the sites. The waiting time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line
- You are not allowed with knives, glass bottles or large backpacks inside of the Archeological area.
- The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time. If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per “No Show” rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
- The names provided during the booking process must match the ID provided at the entrance of the Colosseum
