Taught by a passionate friendly chef, together we will prepare hand made Fettuccine, a tomato sauce inspired by Dolce & Gabbana, as well as gelato, using fresh seasonal ingredients and tools that many already have in their kitchen.
Class includes appetizers, fantastic wine/beer, water and soft drinks. And of course you will eat everything you prepare!
The lesson is for all ages and anyone from beginner to seasoned cook. You will take home your new knowledge and impress your guests with pasta made from scratch and delight them with your home-made gelato.. You don’t have to tell them how easy it is!

Excellent and fun - The food we prepared was simple but amazing in flavor! Changed our dinners with pasta forever. The host Mersa was fun and entertaining. Would highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING!! - Our Chef Karla was absolutely wonderful! She not only turns pasta making into a simple and fun experience, she entertains with a beautiful singing voice along the way! It was just my 4 family members in the class that evening, so we basically had one to one instruction. Pasta was delicious along with the homemade sauce we helped her prepare! The gelato was amazing!! This class far exceeded my expectations! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The true Italian way of making pasta! - Chef Massarelli was amazing, patient and friendly. He shared the art of making pasta with his skillful techniques. We learned a lot about the process of making pasta, tomatoes sauce; and strawberries gelato in the traditional Italian way. He also made us some delicious snack paired with wine. Grazie!

Super fun cooking class...would do it again! - Awesome experience with Chef Carla and Peter. Carla was super fun, funny, and a great teacher, and a great singer too. The pasta and Gelato were amazing...actually everything was amazing - the bruchetta, pasta and sauce, and gelato. We are looking forward to making all of this again when we get home. Highly recommend this class.

Fun, informative, welcoming, perfect - The two instructors were absolutely perfect. Friendly. Knowledgeable, funny, welcoming. Taught us a lot. All around a great experience. A must do when you come to Rome.

A must do experience - We ended up having a personal cooking class due to others cancelling, and our teacher, Max, was incredible! Made us feel welcome and at ease, was very knowledgeable and funny. We didn’t have a dry glass the whole time and the food we made was incredible. A must do
