- If you choose pick-up option, contact us no later than 24 hours, in order to reconfirm your pick-up schedule be ready in the lobby
- By purchasing this tour, the customer agrees to follow only the guide assigned to him/her. It is not permitted to add external guides to the group after the tour has been purchased. We inform our customers that, in such circumstances, access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If one chooses to opt out, they will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund.
- For the issuance of Vatican Museums tickets, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. Without this information, the ticket cannot be issued. Once the Vatican Museums ticket is issued, it is non-refundable. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour
- Please note that the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica are active places of worship. Therefore, some areas may be subject to sudden closures without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for such closures.

Fabio’s tour of the Vatican Museums - Very interesting and engaging. Fabio gave very detailed explanations and kept us entertained with his very fanny and witty comments. Grate experience all in all.

The best tour I’ve ever gone on - Fabio was an excellent guide, taking the time and making the effort to get to know the people on the tour, and then giving us the benefit of his wide knowledge of each stage of the tour. He also gave us practical tips as to logistics, like when to go to the restroom, and get a drink, when on the tour. This all made for a most enjoyable and delightful experience. I highly recommend Fabio for this tour.

Vatican tour - A great tour - well organised and very informative. Our tour guide, Roberta, was professional and extremely knowledgeable - we really enjoyed her insights and the way she led our tour. We didn't have to wait for long to access the Museum and it was wonderful to be guided through this very special place!

Vatican with Guide is better - Excellent semi-private visit to the Vatican. Our Guide, Daniel was amazing, spoke very well the Portuguese language and mastered all the historical subject regarding Rome and the world. Really a well prepared Guide.

Great tour guide called Lissete - Tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly the trip around Vatican City was amazing from start to finish. No queuing as had booked the tour which was 3 hours in total. Wasn’t too busy and plenty of time to take photos. Great experience

Tour of Vatican Group 54 - It was an amazing tour, we were part of group 54 and Mara was an amazing guide as she kept us all together and provided great information on the history of the Vatican.

Worth it! Prepare to walk a lot! - Fabio was AMAZING! So kind, very knowledgeable, and hit the perfect spots. He offered to take pictures of couples which is a plus in such an amazing place. It was worth our time and money!

Not worthwhile - The guide was impatient, rude and generally not considerate of my 76 year old Mum and totally ruined what was meant to be big birthday present to the Vatican. She would leave us behind walking. Generally poor command of English and lacked depth in her explanation

One of the expected - The Guide showed no disposition, complained several times about the heat, led a lot of speed and ended well before the combined / stipulated.
It is important to mention that last year I made this mm tour with you and the Guide was great, attentive, with explanations, within the schedule, so I have a parameter for this low review .
